My boyfriend bought me the pearl ring last September and just recently the pearl fell off. Since it was still under the year I went to see if they could exchange it and they said that their history showed that my bf bought the ring in a size 9 but the one I have is a size 5 so they didnt want to exchange it. I still dont understand because they were the ones that mightve made the mistake of putting the wrong information. It was frustrating and they didnt exchange my ring.

Be aware of this location, inexperience managers and saler. They charged me twice and dont want to refund the money back. I called 3 times in one month, walkd in and tried to find the manager. They saler took my phone number and doing nothing. They changed 3 manager in 4 months and no one can solve the situation. End up with my bank denial to refund money back. Never come back to this location again. Everyone aware of this location!!!!
