I dont think these guys are bad people but I do believe they lack skill, at least with Rolex watches. I brought in my GMT for service because they were cheaper and faster than the nearby Rolex service center. If I had known what I know now, Id of just bit the bullet and went to the Rolex center. When I first picked my watch up the new crystal literally had dust and lint inside it. I dont know how any watchmaker lets something like that leave his bench. Also, the band needed some buffing from general wear, they dont seem to have the ability or skill to perform a quality brush on a SS band, as it looked streaky and dirty and is just completely sub-par work from what Ive come to expect from those that work on my watch. The watch needed some mechanical issues fixed, which seem to have been done, but I shudder at the thought of the inside of the watch now. I went back and tried to get them to fix both cosmetic issues. They were nice about it. But the crystal honestly looks used or simply dirty, and the band is now more of a polished look, which I guess is the solution when you cant restore the brushed look and theres still a streaky dirty look to it thats never been there before. I admit I expect perfection from those that work on my watch, but when youre paying $700+ I think youre allowed to. Ill never go back, and honestly wish I hadnt went in the first place. In order to fix their mistakes which they clearly cannot do, Ill have to take it somewhere else and shell out more $$. I rarely write reviews but I love my watch and I was new to the area and found them. I dont want this to happen to someone else. Take it to someone who is Rolex authorized, or just deal with the lengthy factory service.

WORST PLACE EVER.Way over priced $69 each to change the batteries on a few watches , then charged $180 for a leather band replacement. This place is a complete top off..Very poor customer service, watches werent ready for 3 weeks. When to pick them up 3 times in one day. Work want even started on one, the completely "lost two". I prepaid $487 to heaved batteries changed on 4 watches and a band on another. When I went back the 3rd time I said enough is enough. They wouldnt return my watches. Staying they we too busy to get up there were 3 employees no would get up. I said Im not leaving without my $3500 worth of watches. They said well you can stand there all day then. I said no and called the POLICE The POLICE came and got my watches. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. BE prepared to get ripped off, because you most definitely will.To Bad there isnt a ZERO rating here. Please read others reviews youll see what Im talking about. Very Shady place said there was no.mgr. and the owner doesnt work there Anns that there was no way to contact him.

Punchline: I brought them a functioning watch and they broke it. I would prefer to give zero stars if possible. I brought them a fairly nice watch that simply needed a new battery. Easy enough, or so I thought. I should have been tipped off when the person at the counter was wearing an Apple Watch. After they replaced my battery (which to be fair, they did ), the face of my watch began to rotate, so the "12" marker was at the "9" position. I brought it back to them to fix, they "fixed it", and the same problem occurred a matter of days later. Following the next "fix" (which to be fair, the "12" is still where the "12" should be), the watch has stopped working entirely. It will not keep time and only periodically will even tick. In short, I brought them a fully functioning watch that kept perfect time but just needed a new battery, and while in their care they broke the watch to a point where it can no longer serve the purpose of telling time.

Since I got frustrated with Fast Fix in Northpark Ive been using Quikset on multiple projects. Cliff figured out how to keep my $10K double row diamond bracelet from kinking. Fast Fix didnt have a clue, suggestion, or care. He just finished putting posts on a pair of antique "screw-on" Lenox rose bud earings for only $5. We are working on a college graduation piece for my daughter next. They repaired a pair of solid gold antique spectacles that went all the way through the Civil War by a past family member. Im also catching up on all those 80 and 90 watches that need new batteries. Their watch specialist is very talented. He resurected an old Donald Duck watch for us. Cliff is open to new design ideas, knowledgeable, clever, and fair in pricing. Everytime Im in there the customers coming or going seem to be very happy with their work. I know this is a franchise, but they have an excellent staff that is there everytime you walk in.

STAY AWAY!!!!! Brought 3 watches over a year period time to this place to get a battery replaced, after them keeping my watch for almost a week got a call from them telling me its not just the battery and needs work to get it working again and a price of close to $700 on each one. Last watch i brought it needed battery, after i left my watch with them i was wondering if they will call me and tell me same thing.. guess what? a weeek later they call me and tell me its not the battery alone and needs 12hours of work to be working again which would cost me $800 to fix. I told them theres some shady processes they have and took my watch back, went on amazon and bought a 40 piece watch repair kit and batteries and replaced it myself last night, GUESSS WHAT??? THE WATCH WAS WORKING JUST FINE. Crooks repair shop should be their logo NEVER AGAIN AND DONT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE

They are not to be trusted they took an old watch of mine and converted into a worthless pile of junk because they dont know what theyre doing. Cliff is full of bull crap and just gives you a work around. I had my watch serviced by them and was recommended to have my movement switched out with a substitute that was of equal quality. They stuck a piece of crap japanese movement in a swiss watch and charged me for the swiss price! I had another jewelry shop open it up and inspect it. THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

Literally the worst jewelry repair shop I have ever encountered. Dropped off my item, and three days later when I called back to see what the status was, I was told they do not give estimates on repairs "they just fix it when they fix it." The sign outside of their place says something along the lines of "we fix while you wait" MORE LIKE WE FIX WHILE YOU WAIT FOR THE REST OF YOUR WHOL LIFE. Dont go to Quikset. I dont even understand how they are still in business.

They were just on the Dallas news (cbs) trying to scam a woman who wanted her dead husbands watch fixed. They made her wait over a year saying they were ordering a hard to find part but wouldnt say what the part was. They refunded her and gave her the watch back finally once cameras came to their door...in other words...dont give business to these low life con men. Hope the worst for yalls business and your lives as well.
