First, we went in to make arrangements for the engraving that I prepaid online when I placed the original order. Upon inspection of the business card case, I was disappointed in the quality of the item. (It was quite flimsy and had corrosion on the inside of the hinge.) The lady who helped us was going to order a new one for us and so wanted to keep the original item, but did not offer to give me a receipt. She wanted to keep the $500.00 item without creating a receipt! First of all, had I seen the poor quality of the business card holder before I paid for the item, I would have gone to Things Remembered instead of spending an exorbitant amount of money at Tiffanys. Then, to be treated as if my purchase was chump change was insulting. Nothing about the woman who helped us was at all top quality customer service. She was uninterested in us or our item, careless, and dismissve. To top all of this off, the customer service survey I received online would not work. It is also to be noted that it was from some company that Tiffany uses and not Tiffany directly. All in all, I will not be back to Tiffany.

I have shopped at this store frequently, it is the closest one to me in Oklahoma. I bought a sideways arrow bracelet to complete my set and within a week it bent, I was so upset and I contacted Tiffanys customer service online because I cant go into the store. I WAS BLOWN AWAY! In less than 24 hours I get a response from not only the Tiffany headquarters but the manager of this store. All sincerely apologetic for this and offered me a new one. I am so impressed by this brand and have been shopping here for almost 8 years. Tiffany and Co. will never lose my business. Thank you to Melissa from Tiffany online and Mr. Penna of Northpark for going above and beyond!

If you are going into the Northpark store ask to do business with ANDY, his service & attention to detail is OUT OF THIS WORLD! He goes above and beyond to make you happy with the ridiculous amount of $ you just spent. I can always purchase online or go to a more convenient store, but dealing with ANDY is well worth the trip!

Can I give them a 0 star? Seriously, Ive been there 2x and I will not go to that store anymore. I went to Tiffany in Houston, the employees over there are so nice n professional I totally appreciate it. But not Tiffany in Dallas all the services Ive got are suck n they are always act like you cant buy stuffs there >:(
