I am currently on my second vehicle with Bubba Hill Auto. I admit that I have not always been able to pay on time, and at some points, any other company would have retrieved the vehicle while I slept, but they instead chose to work with me. As a single parent, this is incredibly important to me because financial struggles exist around every corner. When I outgrew my first car with them, they helped me into something newer, bigger and better and even with my horrendous credit, I was able to drive away at with 0 down. There will always be problems with used cars. They are just that, used. A 2006 car today is 10 YEARS OLD. A 2010 car is 6 years old. There WILL be problems. Any issue Ive had, they have helped me fix and I have every intention of going back to them when Im ready for my third because they are TRUSTWORTHY and dependable.

As most of us know, the used car business can be shady to say the least. I heard that they were fair and honest and were a buy here, pay here. I almost laughed out loud, but after buying my second vehicle from them in 2 1/2 years I have eaten my words. I would not consider buying a used vehicle elsewhere. They DO have a good reputation and they want to keep it. I highly recommend them. The ONLY reason they got 4 stars and not 5 is probably my own hard headedness after being offended by the service Dept. Not that they didnt do their job, because they did. It was because of a sharp tongue and poor customer skills. Maybe he was having a bad day as all of us are prone to have.

This place doesnt even deserve 1-star. Jasons review is on point. They dont fix your vehicles and still charge you (even if sent in for fixing within the 30-day warranty). Also, they have admitted to driving around on the vehicle you send in (which proved why a vehicle I had sent back to them for fixing was on E when I got it back, even though it was over half a tank when I sent it in). Also, they will still sell a vehicle to a new owner even if it needs serious work, instead of fixing it or trashing it. These people are all about money. How can you play Christian music, and still be a crook? I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I bought a car from this business 3 years ago with over 100 thousand miles on it and I still have the car and I must say they were very good people to work with! Kind and courteous and were very understanding when something went wrong with the car and I had to fix it, they were willing to work with me on my payment to make up for the price of what I spent to fix whatever was wrong! They were worth a chance and very soon to be a second chance for me as I am planning on getting yet another vehicle from them! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Hello. I have purchased a car from this company about a year ago. Fred Null was our seller. I have to mention in this Darryl from Service and Sammy the Manager. All have been great. Recently my car broke down because of me running it too hot. I didnt know that. The car was taken to their shop and fixed. The price was beyond fair. I now realize that since this is my first used car there are gonna be different things I need to do like a systems check. Thank You for the Knowledge, Help and fast fixing of my car. I will recommend to anyone.

Bought my GMC truck and received great service. Their shop took care of a couple little things and I have been motoring along every since. The service department is very helpful and was happy to show me what was wrong. The sales staff are helpful but not pushy, they are always happy to answer questions and if you ask they will point you in the right direction as far as selection of a vehicle. I am happy with my vehicle and Thank the people who represent Bubba Hill.

In 2011 i purchased a jeep grand cherrokee from bubba hill. Not only did i get a great selection of vehicle with extreme quality, they treated me with professionalism. I still own this vehicle after 5 years and would consider purchasing from them in the future. My daughter now uses this vehicle for daily commute to Gulf Coast College. I know this is a place where people with less than perfect credit but you shouldnt have to be taken advantage of. The customer service is great until you sign paper then its like sorry sucker I would never buy another vehicle or recommend anyone buy from there. Ive had enough cars from there that shouldnt Evan been for sale under lemon law
