I would give them no stars if I could.. This place is such a sham! I purchased a car from them & immediately had issues with the car (Before 30 days). My sunroof was leaking & a piece of the seal was missing. When I called them to let them know what was going on Steve (The owners doboy) answers & starts to try to explain to me that its not a necessity but they will "fix" it. So they "fixed it" only for my whole sunroof (panoramic) to break all together 2 months later. I had to pay someone $200 @ the ford dealership to close it. So not long after my air conditioner goes out! Its like one problem after another & its supposed a $15k car? Shady, but it gets better. I had my car for over a year & I NEVER missed any payments! I was not even 2 months behind on payments (My grandmother passed I was going thru a lot) when they came to my job & repossessed my car in front of EVERYBODY & embarrassed me!!!! When I called up to the office Steve answers the phone & proceeded to tell me I would have to wait until after lunch to find out what I can do about getting my car back. Yall Im literally crying at work on the phone! & this little mildly retarded man told me that he was going to think about doing business with me! Are u serious? Ive did business with them over a year? & this is how they treat their customers? So I just let them keep the car because I was over being talked to like Im the slow one! Im warning the people out there that are thinking about buying from these people DONT! They claim to be Christian but theyre not! They will take your money & not care about anything else! God dont like ugly & you reap what u sew! If I had the money I would sue them for everything theyre worth!! Sincerely a pissed off customer!!

I have bought three cars from this dealership and will continue to do so. I have experienced a few occasions where this company would give the shirt off their back to make sure you are taken care of. You sometimes walk into a dealership not knowing what you are going to get but trust me they will give their honest opinion and will help you if there is any problems with your car. I read the first review and there is no way any of that is true, if you met the people that work here you will see how genuine and caring they are. There isnt another place in Panama City that I would trust with such a large investment. Thanks guys!!
