We are from Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area, we drove up on there a few weeks ago about a jeep wrangler my girlfriend wanted, after being slightly disappointed with it, they happened to have a different Jeep that she fell in love with. I was content with the price, condition of the vechile and the mileage. They were very calm and haggle-free people and easy to work with. We bought the jeep and brought it home. We had to pay IN sales tax and we lost the needed form to get the jeep titled in kentucky without having to pay the sales tax again. The only reason I am not putting 5 stars is because they are a little disorganized and slow regarding paperwork and such. But dont let that discourage you, this is a very easy to work with family owned used car and trailer dealer. If they ever happened to have what I want at the time Im looking, i wouldnt hesitate to stop by there and do business again

I just bought a Silverado recently from Cardinal Sales and it was a very pleasant experience. Over the years have bought two other vehicles that were very strong and lasted long time. Had great experience with both of owners and had no issues and enjoyed their partnership through the whole experience. Will be looking for another vehicle around the turn of the year and will definitely return to see if their inventory meets my needs. I fully recommend Cardinal Sales as a great place to do business!

The owner of this establishment represents incompetency like a pro. I drove 45 minutes to look at a car only for him to not take my business seriously. My entire experience consisted of terrible customer service, an eye sore of an establishment and walking away feeling disrespected far more than I have been before. About as easy going, and down to earth, as used car salesman can get. The lady helping me was very knowledgeable about options on the different brands. It is not fancy- just a little place on the corner in a little town. But well worth going out of your way to visit, especially if you need a trailer.
