Not interested in customers, just making every cent they can on a car to sell. Offered us less than half of our cars trade in blue book value even though the car was in excellent condition with 20,000 fewer miles on it than averaged. Wouldnt deal with us unless we went through Ford financing so they could make money even though we already had our own pre-arranged. Went to Groce auto and got a fantastic deal in a far superior car. Service department is the only saving grace here. The guys are friendly, concerned about your vehicle and want to help. The parts manager is one one of the most helpful parts dealer that I have contacted. Went above and beyond to find me a part I was looking for. Although I appreciate and continue to use the service department here, I cannot recommend the sales department at this time.

I bought a car from here and it was the biggest mistake ive ever made. Ive had nothing but problems with it ever since i drove it off the lot, and they dont back any cars they sell. Ive found Im not the first person to be screwed over by shopping here.They definitively live up to their name and take "advantage" of you.
