Mark ONeil from Harvey Lexus coordinated the purchase and delivery of my 2010 Lexus RX350. Since the vehicle was preowned, there were some cosmetic flaws in the interior that Mark had repaired/cleaned so that the car looked new when we took delivery. I was also impressed with the fact that after we agreed on a fair price based on the car NOT being certified, after we agreed on a price, Harvey Lexus ended up certifying the car, replaced the brakes and battery, replaced the car mats, and still honored the original agreed upon price based on the car not coming with a certified pre owned warranty. Since the transaction process took longer than was anticipated due to the fact that they took care of additional items on the car, Mark did a good job of keeping me updated with the progress and estimated time the car would be ready for delivery. Due to Michigan weather/winter and taking delivery of the car at night, I wasnt able to throughly inspect the exterior of the car during the test drive/purchase process. To my disappointment, after I took delivery and was able to inspect the car in daylight, I found that the front bumper had a crack, the rear bumper had some large scratches and there where a few scratches on the sides of the car that were quite an eye sore. After noticing these flaws, I called Mark again and he worked with me to schedule a time when I could get these repaired for a nominal cost at the dealership. While I would have liked and expected them to catch this during the inspection/detail process and fix them before taking delivery, I will still give 5 stars since they worked with me to fix these flaws when I noticed them. Ill be dropping the car off on Saturday to get these items repaired and anticipate that Harvey Lexus and Mark Oneil will make sure Im satisfied with the repair work when the car is complete. When the time comes to purchase my next vehicle, Mark will be my first phone call.

Took our RX350 in for service. Was told it would be completed the same day over the phone. Arrived and was told it was impossible to complete in the same day. We live 1.5 hours away. They gave us a loaner. Loaner was dirty...dog hair in the interior, dirt on the floor. Asked if they could drop the car back off to us, they charged us for the return. When car was returned, it had dent in door and scratches on center console. Called Claude the service manager. Had to leave a message. Claude never called us back. Called Lexus corporate. Corporate told us he talked to Claude (surprise!) and wed have to take the car back to the dealer to determine if they caused the damage. So 3 hours of time + gas + mileage just to have Claude tell us he didnt do it. This dealer is horrible.

The sales process was as easy as I could have hoped for. The car was sitting out and ready to test drive when I pulled into the dealership, which was great considering the snowy cold day it was. As we got to negotiating the price, it went as simply and easily as I could imagine. I feel that I got a great deal on the car there, relative to the prices I was seeing on similar models at other dealerships. I would highly recommend working with Larry Slotsema - he seemed like an honest guy who helped make the complex process of buying a car very painless. Highly recommend Harvey Lexus. Everyone I worked with there was very professional and made the experience a positive one.

My sales guy, Larry Slotsema, was so patient with me and answered all of my questions. I walked into Harvey Lexus only knowing I wanted a Lexus. I have teenagers who needed a vehicle, I wanted to give them the one I had been driving, so was looking for something newer for me. Over the next week, Larry spent several hours on 3 different days helping me to find the best Lexus that fit me. I absolutely love my 2015 Lexus NX which I drove away with that last afternoon! I will definitely return when Im in need of buying my next car!

Car purchased had hidden damage that I was not told about, they polish things up so as not to notice until days later. Post purchase customer service is below average as well. Make sure to check your vehicle over for several hours or you may be surprised that your slightly used $55k car may have significant damage.

Mark insured we had the car modified with equipment we needed. Mark did an an excellent job in explaining the vehicle features and delivering our new RX 350.

Not the kind of service that I was accustomed to from my former Lexus dealer. A lot of girls in service dept and they didnt seem to know what they were doing. Screwed up our appt and estimated wrong repair. Finally a man who knew something about cars helped us. Sadly its the only Lexus in Grand Rapids.
