So my husband took in my car because the a/c unit stopped working. He was told to bring it in at 3:30 and it would take about 2 hours to see the problem. After we dropped it off we were told that they now had to keep it over night to find the problem..so whatever we left it. The next day they call my husband and tell him three things are wrong with a switch was broken so it wouldnt turn on, they needed to recharge it and there was a small crack in the ac line. so my husband told them to fix the first two things , then called me to tell me that they wanted 400 for the ac line that was cracked. I told him to call them back and tell them that i wanted to switch that they are going to replace( ive been ripped off by dealers before so i want to see the part they replaced) so he did. I called another vw dealer and got a price quote for that exact item and they wanted almost 300 for it, called autozone and they wanted 137.00 ( im just showing how they jacked up the prices) So we finally go to pick up my car, I paid $237 for them tofind out what was wrong, recharge it, andchange the switch. To be honest i was really upset about that price but the service writer(Jeffery Bryner 60039) who was handling my car didnt even check us out. Anyways i asked, as i paid for it, where the broken switch then from the coner Jeffery says if its not in there ill go get it from the tech. So i go to the car, and its not in there so as me and my husband are walking in they send out the lot attendent to tell us the story about how She the lot attendent and its her job to take out the trash, and the tech threw it away, and she empty the grabage and then ( how convenient) THE BIG gargabe truck came and took that away! The bastard couldnt even come out and tell us himself..and ITS OBVIOUS THAT HE DIDNT TELL THE TECH,SEEING HOW HE JUST THREW IT AWAY! Im just tired of incompetent people who rip people off! At least in Wa they wash your car after ripping you off!

I would not recommend this dealer. We went in pre-approved from a bank. We were offered a deal from Mr.KP(Ken Perry). He asked us what is the most we could do on a car payment, we said the amount and he said the payments to lease the volkswagon would be way lower than the amount we stated if we financed through them, instead of our bank. After running our credit it was said that they could assure us the payments would be the set amount we said and we signed something saying thats what we could pay and they no we couldnt pay anymore than that. They gave us the car the same day, and the finance manager (Mike Stout) told us the payments could go up a little more once the bank opens up and gives the ok. We got the car Saturday and Monday Mr. Mike Stout advised us our payments would be about $15.00 more than that. You have a 3 days to bring the car back no questions asked, so we brought it back Tuesday, because Monday wasnt feasible for us to bring it back and Mr. Mike Stout had the audacity to ask us for $25.00 since we didnt bring it back Monday after they advised us the payments would be more than we could afford. PLEASE GOOGLE HOW TO NEGOTIATE WITH A CAR DEALER BEFORE YOU GO BUY A CAR. THEY SAY TO NEVER TELL A DEALER HOW MUCH YOU CAN AFFORD IN MONTHLY PAYMENT (IF YOUVE BEEN PRE-APPROVED THROUGH YOUR BANK FOR A CERTAIN AMOUNT) AND WHEN YOU FINANCE THROUGH THEM, THEY GET A PERCENTAGE OF YOU DOING THAT. So you are not LIED to or MISGUIDED. I think that is shady business! I felt pushed into getting that car, BAD MISTAKE! Ps. For the record Mr. Ken Perry was nice and friendly, but it was shady business and I felt lied to and betrayed he sold a a dream and made it look and sound good and wasnt truthful up front. He could have told us there was a chance our payments would go over the amount we said we could afford BEFORE we signed all the paperwork, because it was a waste of everyones time our kids included.

I tried leaving this review on DealerRater but it didnt go through so here you go: My whole family actually really loves this dealership. We have bought cars here in the past and the car purchase process has always gone smoothly. This time around, not so much. I got to speak with Chris before we made any decisions on buying a car. I asked him to show me a Tiguan and like any salesman, he told me all the "perks" of a Tiguan. One particular perk being that the 2016 Tiguan has CarPlay. He hyped up the whole CarPlay perk and hyped up a few other stories about how the car is so great and came straight from Germany, etc. I told him what I liked (including a few other things about the car-story is for another review) Of course I get excited about all the perks of the car especially its CarPlay and we end up buying the Tiguan. It takes a few days for the Tiguan to get to the dealership so the day I finally get to see the car we bought, I notice the car was not the same interior color I told Chris I liked. It ended up being a communication mistake (well take the credit for that mistake). As I am already upset about the interior color, I decide to look at the other perks which that ended up being the CarPlay app. I sit in the car that night for about an hour and half just trying to figure out how to set up car play. I end up giving up and deciding to go to the dealership the next day. I get to the dealership and ask if a guy could help me set up car play in my car. He was very nice actually and went into my car to find out there is NO CarPlay. I would highly suggest Chris to check his facts before he sells a car to other people. Dont say things without knowing if its true or not. I would warn other people to not be convinced with everything a salesperson tells you. It could end up being false information. In the end they are trying to make more money so keep that in my mind.

Lets start with the good. Salesman walked me threw this new way of selling cars. Then showed us around to the 2 cars I was looking into. Found the car I wanted. Had trouble with financing so ended up getting a loan threw a bank. They put the car in detail which was the worst cleaning job I have ever seen. Its like they just did a quick whip down. And a fast wash. I ended up detailing it later. Drove off the lot pretty happy with in 10min my "check fuel cap" came on. Called my sales man he said it will be fixed. That might at 3am the alarm went off 3 times, wasnt sure why. Called the sales man the next morning told he to take the car to Honda I did. They got it in a Saturday I got it back Tuesday. I got a new fuel cap and some switch in the car kept the alarm going off. Left Honda happy then 10 min away my "check fuel cap" came in again. Found out there is an omissions leak. My sales man was great about it when I called him he said take it back to Honda and they will figure it out. I have been calling my service last for 4 days. I leave her 2 VM a day. The leak isnt doing anything to the car but its not good for the environment... other then all they BS with the car. Im happy with it and love it. Just wish my problem would get fixed!!!
