If i could give them below the zero it will be theirs , i got my first car from them after 2 weeks i find out that my car has NO AIRBAGS !!!!! They stitched the wheel so that you cant see it !! , now the problem is after 6month i needed to leave ghat car to my brother and buy a new one for me , i was looking on the internet for about 2 weeks then i found the car and by PURE LUCK , THEY got the car i wanted i went there didnt know them first they saw my car and told me hey your brother bought this one from us i was shocked ... anyway i tested the car , everything it was good airbags good everything was perfect and i needed the car really bad to be able to work , anyway i bought the car i was told i will have warranty which when i checked my papers there was a HUGE NO WARRANTY PAPER after they cashed the check after two weeks of driving BOOM transmission problem i spend 1500$ on the car to come to the conclusion that its the transmission and the cars price is 7500$ , i felt hate toward them seriously , they ripped me off my money i came back to their store told them i have a problem with the transmission they litteraly told me "I cant do anything you have no warranty and turned his back to me" !!!!!! They ripped me , they stole my money ! Its just a warning to everybody after all , dont buy from them , you do and it will be the biggest mistakes you ever do in your life ! One more thing when i brought them the cheque the guy told me " damn it man thats what I like , money" literally i shouldve stopped then but i needed a car badly or id lose my job since im a delivery driver !!!! THIEVES , btw they asked me to put a good review here , reviews are not my thing but when it got so bad and all the moneh im making im putting to fix the car , this gets serious ! (This is an edit, now the owner claims he never sold a car to me the guy next to you NABIL is way better than you are you thieves)

This place is full of complete crap . My boyfriend bought a car from here , we test drove it everything was good , we got the car took it home and then it wouldnt change gears to go into park, we called the guy and he gave us a replacement car to drive. When we finally got the car back , a week after that our transmission started to fail , we tried taking the car back , instead they used our warranty to fix the car themselves. While they had the car that time they gave us another replacement car to drive , not even a week later that car overheated and shut down on the interstate . So we get yet another replacement car and this one , not even a week later the power steering goes out on it . The next car they tried to give us had no inspection stickers on it and the one after that had a 2 year old inspection sticker on it .finally they gave us a whole new car about a month ago and told us dont call them anymore now we need to get a completly nee transmission for this car. . I have plenty more to complain about. But all Im going to say now is that this place needs to be shut down .

I was sold a complete lemon. I purchased a 2004 Convertible VW Beetle; my dream car! So excited about the price. I drove all the way from NC to buy the car. Got there, bought the car "as is" with the understanding that I could purchase a warranty later. Well needless to say, I couldnt buy a warranty and since June 11th, 2015, when I purchased the car; Ive had to replace the timing belt and water pump. But wait! Thats not it, 2 weeks after owning the car, I end up on the side of the road. I ended up getting the car towed to my mechanic who said I had a busted cam. After looking more carefully, the camshaft and cylinder head were damage beyond repair; so now I need a new engine. WOW all in less than 30 days of owning the car. I contacted the dealer hoping that he would do the right thing and stand by the car that they sold to me, but of course they did nothing! So all Im left with is social media, the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs of Virginia, and writing reviews. I would NEVER NEVER buy a car from Auto Planet, you cant trust them to do the right thing.

Bought a car from them on Christmas eve for a family member. Shawn and Alex were honest upfront, and no games. They showed me a number of cars within the stated budget, and we found a great Ford Focus. It had a couple of very minor things wrong- things that didnt cost any money to fix (just labor). So we asked that they fix them before we picked up the car. Alex got it done, and we drove off with a GREAT car, at a great price. Shawn gave us a 30 day warranty, and its a good thing - 2 days later, we noticed a very small coolant leak coming from the radiator. We called Shawn and he told us to bring it back in. Alex took a look at the radiator, said "no problem, well replace it." No hassle, no trouble. In just a few days time,we had a new radiator, and even more peace of mind. Buying a used car, especially a model that was 10 years old, came with some concerns, but these guys do a really great job choosing quality cars. They earned my trust, then my business. I would definitely recommend them. And I will buy from them again when the time is right.

Rip off report. Got raped. They will lie right to your face then laugh at you as you walk out the door. Fake inspection. No way this car could ever pass inspection. Fake carfax. This car was in a wreak according to mechanics and Carfax history is a lie. They put a cheap coat of paint on the car that started to peel off after a few weeks. They probably pulled from salvage. Blown head gasket. 3 blown bearings and hubs. Catalytic converter would not pass inspection. Oxygen sensors replaced. Struts blown. Rack and pinion blown out, would not pass inspection lateral rear bars replaced and control arms. Ball joint ripped open. Tie rod ripped open. Knock sensor went out right away. Bushings pushed in. Transmission oil filter had never been changed. Transmission oil black.Differential never changed.This car was pulled from a junkyard. Mechanic said all the bolts are seized from sitting in one place. Dont get ripped off.

No customer loyalty. test drove a vehicle went and got a auto loan and check for the vehicle test drove it again. They did not have the title in hand so I asked them to call me once they did. They called and we scheduled a pick for the next day. Owner did not care and sold it from out under me then did not care to return my calls. Shady people and dealership. AND YES THIS REVIEW IS FOR PRIME AUTO SALES. They dont care about you all they care about is fast money.
