Got the recalls fixed that was about the only good thing. Took my truck to be put on there computer to determine why my brake lights and horn didnt work. Those where the only two things wrong and to have recalls done. After having me approve two hours of computer time they plugged one wire in for the horn and told me I needed a new tipm unit. Then proceeded to tell me they couldnt start my truck. That they now where looking into that. My truck started fine when I left it. The desk lady calls me and says for $250 they will put a new battery in and that should fix the problem. I told them no I could handle it. I go to pick my truck up and it barly starts. When the technician comes over he tells me that my truck was very hard to start and he had to keep jumping it. I proceeded to to tell him that was not a issue when I dropped it off and I wanted to know why it all if a sudden had a bad battery and had a hard time starting. Do know the technician turned his nose up stormed off because I questioned him about my truck. I will not be going back for any service and encourage others not to also. Take my truck in with one problem and another is created while there and the technician refused to say why. Horrible customer service.

By far one of the most pleasant buying experience I have ever had. Al Stevens looked for the EXACT vehicle I wanted. And found it in WV. He got me the absolute best value for my trade in, coupled with the rebates that were offered. I couldnt ask for a better deal. I have never experienced a more caring and personal man. I will put it this way. I live in Virginia Beach, Virginia. I was willing to drive an hour each way to deal with Al and his team. From the time I walked in the the time I drove off the lot in my new Ram, I was not once pressured. Once we found my truck, Al was in contact with me, he also noted with whom I would deal with if by chance he wasnt there when I arrived. I did arrive and sure enough he had stepped away, I dealt with Joe (another awesome experience) He helped me finalize my paperwork, ensured my truck was ready and fueled. I felt like I was at a close friends house with the hospitality that was provided from the water to the waiting room accommodation. This dealership has made a customer for life! I looked forward to visiting again.

We purchased a 2007 Chevy HHR from Carolina Chrysler about 2 1/2 yrs ago. Javon Shannon was the salesman who assisted us. I had been to several dealerships in the area looking for a new (at least new to me) car,and to say the experience had not been pleasant is an understatement. But as soon as I showed up at Carolina Chrsyler and met Javon,it went great. I tested the cars I looked at online,My husband went back and drove them also. As a matter of fact,I went back several times over a few weeks trying to make up my mind,Javon was always friendly,patient and helpful. And he continues to be,everytime we have any service done. We always check in with him. Hes an extremely nice young man,we consider him a friend. I recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new car,he will go out of his way to help you.

Never doing business with Service Department again, do not know what they are doing, need someone who know how to deal with customer because to guy work as Advisor need to be working at Walmart, never again will I go there into new people are in service department, can anyone around smile and not look like they hate to be there, one be there for about 6 months, but the other only about 2 weeks that the manager said was telling how sorry he was Im sorry for him Perrys need to close the doors hope Chrysler call me!!

Looked into buying a bigger truck to tow my horses with. The sales agent was excessively pushy. He showed me another truck on a sister lot and told me not to go back without him because I would be taking the food out of his kids mouths. It was just weird and his humor was not funny. It was a very awkward experience. They didnt have anything I liked so went over to Toyota and the sales agent there could sell me anything. Needless to say I have a new tundra.

I own a 1998 Dakota 3.9 V6 that had problems shutting off and backfiring.After trying everything my local mechanic suggested taking the truck to your service dept. It was towed there on 2/10/17 as it finally wouldnt run they figured out the problem quickly Mike was very helpful. Just got truck back 2/16 it turned out to be a PCM truck ran very well all the way home to Manteo wouldnt go anywhere else for dodge service
