I ordered my wedding bouquet from here. First thing that should have tipped me off was the mother/daughter miscommunication. And they talk a lot but dont write a whole lot down. I met with the mother and daughter first, then met with only the daughter and placed my order. Theyre nice at first but not for long. I wanted a cascading bouquet of white roses and white spray roses. And a boutonniere of a white rose with spray rose accents for my groom. On my receipt the daughter wrote "FRIDAY" in large letters so they wouldnt think my wedding was on a Saturday. I told them the ceremony was at 3 pm and they said the bouquet pick up should be the last thing I do. Day of the wedding my mom goes to pick up and pay the remaining balance for my bouquet at 2:15. She said that when she went in, the mother said that my mom came in earlier than they thought she would.... and that they werent ready. My mom said that her eyes widened in disbelief and instead of being apologetic, the mother said with a snarky attitude "Oh Ill take care of it!" and my mom responded "Im sure you can understand why Im not happy with this" and again she responded snappily "Ill get it done." She didnt offer a refund or anything either. Luckily, my ceremony was across the street from the store otherwise I have no idea what would have happened. They walked the bouquet over to me and the boutonniere at 2:50. It was NOT the bouquet I ordered which let me know that they didnt even have it started. There were mostly fillers unlike what we had previously discussed. There were roses, but they added peonies instead of the spray roses. I know flowers arent perfect but the colors ranged from an ivory to a pale pink hue. And the back was not completed. It was messy with glue and just a short plastic handle that was difficult to hold. The boutonniere was just one rose and it was not pretty or sturdy. I saw the bouquet and immediately knew that it wasnt what I ordered but it was less than 10 min before my ceremony was supposed to start so I wasnt about to waste time arguing with them so I smiled said I loved it just to get them out before I freaked out. The bouquet was pretty from the front, so they do get that one star from me. But poor customer service and a messy system. Really pushed me over the edge when my mom told me when we got back from our honeymoon how she was talked to . I do not recommend this place to any brides.

My first encounter with Morgan floral was while my boys were in high school. We needed corsages forr prom. They were very friendly and helpful. I have used them for every event I have needed any type of arrangements for. I needed an arrangement sent to my daughter in California when our grandson was born. I went in to selct an arrangement to have it sent. Thinking she would take my money and delivery charge and be done. She went above and beyond, she pulled out the floral directory of flower shops and helped me find a florist near the hospital my doughter was in and told me to call and explain to them what I was looking for. Explaining this way I wouldnt pay the outrages charges most places charge for wire deliver. Every time I go in they are very helpful. I will not use another florist. This one is my favorite.

I absolutely loved my bouquet! I ordered in a timely manner but both mother and daughter were amazing and made me feel welcome and part of the family. My wedding was a military wedding and they helped complete my formal and young wedding with a bright but elegant cascade bouquet. They arranged a small bouquet for my maid of honor as well as corsages for the rest of the ladies in my party (mothers included). They fulfilled every wish and more! I will recommend them to anyone looking into floral options for weddings, proms, homecomings, etc. My bouquet was sturdy and beautiful. I cant wait to show these amazing ladies pictures from one of the most memorable days of my life.

Extremely poor customer service and floral design. The Dancing Butterfly arrangement I order from of their website wasnt what was delivered. It did have butterflies but the arrangement wasnt in a basket with the butterflies "dancing" around the handle like the photo on the website plus the flowers are different and rather old looking. I chose this arrangement because my daughter-in-laws favorite color is purple and she likes baskets and butterflies. I explained this to Kacey, the woman who took my order. Called twice and left messages but no one has called back. I would like to understand what happened and why what I paid for wasnt delivered.

Everytime we have gone in, the staff always been a great help and provided excellent recommendations. In my most recent visit, I told Beth that I was looking for a couple of bouquets to give to my daughters on the final night of their musical. I wanted something different from all of the pre-arranged flowers found at the grocery stores. She asked what price range I was looking at and quickly went to work. She had me join her and described each item she picked out and asked my thoughts. I actually felt part of the process. Needless to say, the bouquets were a big hit and admired by many people as we waited in the hallway.

When I ordered My mom flowers for mothers day I picked Morgans flowers because they were near where she lived and also I needed them delivered the next day and they offered that. Well they didnt deliver them until the day after my mom had left on a business trip and wasnt going to be back for a week. When I called them and asked for my money back so that I could order her another set of flowers where she was now they said No. They told me it was a busy weekend and they didnt care that I paid 50$ for flowers that my mom didnt even get to see. Please dont order flowers from these people, they dont deserve your business.

I ordered from over the phone and looked at the pictures online. The picture of the flowers looked great. But, the flowers that actually got delivered looked nothing like the picture, they didnt even have the same flowers (they substituted alstroemerias for roses. When I asked for a refund they would not give a refund unless I brought all the flowers back even though I sent them to someone. I would never buy flowers from this business again. I guess I should have read the other review first.

Morgans floral did an absolutely amazing job on my wedding flowers. I waited to the last minute to decide on a florist. I spoke with Casey only two weeks before my wedding. She was excited to help me out and delivered everything that was promised. She went above and beyond all my expectations. She alleviated all stress and provided excellent customer service! Had a wonderful experience! Went in looking for a center piece for our dining room table. Just for us to enjoy for the holiday season. Not only did she make it that day but in less than an hour on a Saturday before closing! Excellent customer service! And the arrangement was beautiful. Going back today to purchase another one for our Christmas get together!
