I am disgusted with my experience!! I purchased a beautiful arrangement for my wifes birthday as surprise to be delivered to her at work. All day I waited expecting her elation. About an hour before she was expected to get off work I called to see what the hold up was. They told me there is an all day window which ends at 6pm. Long story short she never received the arrangement and when I tried to call to get this issue resolved they told me sorry there wasnt time to find the location as it isnt in gps. How ridiculous!! It is 2016 and she works in the city. I demanded my money back and told them they ruined my special surprise for my wifes birthday! They didnt care in the slightest! They were rude, short and disrespectful! I will never ever order from them again and further I will tell everyone I can not to use them either!! Negative 4 stars!

I was skeptical to order anything here, but freshness is guaranteed, so I gave it a try. I bought a dozen chocolate-covered strawberries for Valentines Day 2011, and they were ready right when I picked them up (granted, I ordered them two weeks early). When we opened the box Valentines eve, the strawberries were HUGE! They were ripe, red, juicy, and very bountifully dipped in chocolate. Yum! I also asked the associate when they made my order, as I purchased them two weeks beforehand, and he said they made them fresh daily. Very good quality presentation. I will try them again in the future to test the consistency of this business, but so far, sooo good.

Worse experience ever called machine put me hold said Ill get the next available staff waited an hour so I hung up called back and some answers right away to only put me on hold again after waiting about 10 minutes they said there not doin white chocolate today and they wont deliver not even a mile away Im in another state trying to send something to my girlfriend at work and all they can say is "looks like I cant help you" WTF are you serious so Ill never in my life will be calling these guys again

Sent the wrong bouquet, ordered in a grill for a mans birthday and they sent in a yellow flower bucket. Would have been ok if they even apologized but Ashley on the phone kept explaining why it wasnt her problem and it just happens when they run out of stuff and then said they called to verify it was ok to send wrong one which they didnt. Called corporate and not much better response but to say its store issue and sorry.

Amazing fruit bouquet! FRUIT - FRESH, DELICOUS AND FLAVORFUL. Staff - AMAZING! Professional and helpful. Alejandra, Jasmine and Alec are a pleasure to order from they are patient and made sure my order was ready for my special surprise. They even followed up! The location is perfect. The store is clean and full of amazing staff. They offer amazing choices for all celebrations. Thank You!

This place Rocks! Great staff! Helpful and so fun to order with. They helped me pick an amazing choice for a company gift. The fruit is dipped in chocolate and amazing fruit selection. They do not carry Mangos but thats okay, strawberries are amazing! Worked with Alec and he is super cool dude.

MOLD on strawberries, Basket was smaller than expected by far, and did not arrive on time even though I called and asked very early in the day if they could drop it off by 4pm, woman said they should be able to, didnt come until 7pm.
