Probably the worst place. My boyfriend who lives 1200 miles away wanted to surprise me with flowers when I was having a bad few days. They were directed to deliver the flowers at 11:15 because thats when I would be home for lunch from school. They we also directed to not call me for it would ruin the surprise. The place called me at 10:47, I was still in class, and told me no one was home and to call for them to redeliver. Already did something that they were told directly NOT TO DO. The voicemail sent also gave me a number to call. I called this number 7 times and never got an answer. I then called back the number of the person who didnt deliver my flowers and asked her what the hell was going on. I told her that my boyfriend had said they should be delivered AT 11:15. This deliverer said she was told "as close to 11 as possible." I told her they needed to be delivered today or we needed a refund. She said "well thats not going to work in my schedule so I dont know what to tell you." I got snippy and told her this was disgraceful and pathetic and she literally hung up on me. I told my mom what the deliverer had said and my mom called the owner and complained. The owner said that I had treated the deliverer poorly and why should she get my flowers delivered. The deliverer went crying to her boss. My flowers were not delivered that day. They werent delivered until well into the next day. I have never been treated so poorly by someone who is supposed to be treated. DO NOT USE THEM.

Im assuming anyone who gives this place five stars is either a family friend, personal friend, or employee. I live out of state and wanted to send my fiance some flowers for Valentines day. I went to their online store to purchase some flowers that I thought would have a similar color scheme to our wedding design and got the confirmation order on the screen. When she didnt receive any flowers, I called to see what was going on. Ill be blunt. The woman seemed quite disinterested in my situation and reluctantly tried to help me solve it by writing down the name of my fiance and said, "Ill have to call you back." A different woman responded an hour later. Not only did they get both the first and last name I gave them wrong, but she said that there was never an order placed. I checked my bank account and there had definitely been money taken out and re-placed for some reason. I didnt feel like arguing, so I asked her if she could take another order under this special circumstance and she said no. I responded by saying she should have someone perform maintenance on her website then because it clearly wasnt working. Its a garbage excuse for any business. Well definitely go elsewhere for our arrangements if the wedding is held in Colorado. Love it when Valentines Day is ruined.

I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Even though they are always rude to my husband and I, and they are outrageously overpriced, I continue to shop for gifts here because I like to support local businesses. On the day before my last day at my job, I ran to buy a gift for my boss. The next day when I went to wrap it, it was broken! I called the florist, explained the situation and was told (I thought) I could return it. I thanked her and picked up a gift at the store nearest to my job so I could have something for my boss. Three days later I brought the item back to Cottonwood Florist with my receipt. The sales associate at the counter said, "I told you you couldnt return that. I wrapped it and it WAS NOT broken." She just stared at me as tried not to cry. That money was our grocery fund for the next two weeks! My conclusion is that either she didnt know how to wrap, or the item was a piece of junk. Frankly Id rather go to WalMart. At least they say hello...

I should have trusted the poor reviews before ordering flowers for my moms b-day. I gave specific instructions to leave the flowers on the front porch if mom wasnt home as I wanted it to be a surprise. The day after her b-day I talked to mom to see if she liked the surprise..."what surprise?" was the response. I had to let her know I ordered flowers to be delivered ON her b-day the day before. I called Cottonwood to see what happened and they 1st thought it was delivered to the wrong house....then they said, "we tried to deliver yesterday but no one was home". When I explained that I gave specific instructions to LEAVE ON THE FRONT PORCH if no one was home...did I get an apology? Nope...They said they try to get it delivered today...Wow...Where has BASIC customer service gone these days? Please trust the POOR reviews and find a more reliable, friendly and professional place to spend $100 on flowers....

We ordered the Lovely and Lush Deluxe arrangement. They charged us $141 for a 9" x 9" bowl of flowers that had two orchids in it. When I called to voice my concern that I didnt get what I paid for, they offered me only $23 back (price of the as shown model). We have disputed the charges and will be calling the BBB since they decided to insult us with their offer. We can get flowers from anywhere, and will, except from Cottonwood. We discussed with them the substitution policy, but we didnt know that they would have been so stingy on the flowers. It was supposed to be approx. 18" W x 12 1/2" high. We have a 9x9 arrangement. They said we got what we paid for. I dont think so!!!

Judy at Cottonwood did all of our flowers for our wedding! She took many pictures that we provided and transformed them into our dream flowers. She hit on all that was important - types of flowers and colors, but went above and beyond in delivering. She also is very patient and polite in her communication and is willing to give so much time, even when running a very busy flower shop. She made me feel that our wedding was a top priority, which certainly wasnt my expectation, even while managing a number of different projects!

Exception florist. I waited until almost the last minute to call in my order. My local florist in Texas directly me to Cottonwood and Im so grateful she did. I explained to Patrick what I wanted and when it absolutely, positively had to be delivered. We worked through my ideas of what I wanted and the shop was able to produce. I am still getting compliments on the artistic, unusual and unbelievable arrangement that our client received. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

Wish I had looked at the reviews...Yes the flowers were delivered when promised and to the right person. HOWEVER...the flowers that are shown on their website for the price is NO WHERE near what was delivered. I paid around $ 60.00 for an arrangement that was not full or lush. Looked like a $40.00 arrangement. In addition..I told the lady I wanted FALL colored themed arrangement...she delivered Pink flowers. I will never use this place again.

I live in Idaho and had a modest bouquet sent to some friends in Milliken. The website was easy to navigate and the correspondence from staff/designers was greatly appreciated. The understood what I asked for and delivery prompt. I cant thank the florist enough for helping me and deliver a smile to my friends.
