This was the worst flower shop ever!!!! I live in south florida and i wanted to send flowers to someone very special who lives in colordo springs, colorado! I have used 1800flowers in the past and had awesome service. but this time i decided i was just going to call a local florist and make an order. I thought because its local and not a huge chain they were going to give extra effort to make it look great. Here is my dilemma. i called this morning to place an order of an arragment that i saw on anoher site. when i spoke to the girl this morning i even had a gut feeling something was not correct. so i continued to call throughout the day to check on the status. everytime i called someone new answered the phone and had no idea what i was talking about. SERIOUSLY. They said they would email a picture of the arangment and they did not. i even said " well whats my email" and the man said "you know this is alot of work i am going to give you your money back. i said "please do not this is specail to me. please get it to her! basically after speaking with them multiple times i realized this is a telemarketing room. So i am assuming that i paied them 70$ and then they contacted a local florist and said her is 30$ for an aragment. i believe they pocketed the rest of the money. i wanted one of the best arangments and what showed up was disgusting. 2 pick rosed, 2 red roses and 2 lillys/ really??? So upset! not about the money but i wanted to make someone happy today. thanks alot guys for ripping off someone

I will never do business with them again. I had flowers sent to my friend for her birthday. They did not get delivered to her office. So the next morning I called to see what happened. The girl said the delivery driver was not in and asked if I wanted them resent. I didnt because if they didnt deliver the first time what makes me think they would the second time. Plus by then the sentiment was ruined. So they said they would refund my credit card. An hour later my friend called and said her receptionist got the flowers from another office in the building because they were not delivered to the right office. Right after that two people from the flower delivery place came and TOOK THE FLOWERS BACK! Who does that?! Instead of calling me back and saying there was a mix up and asking if I still wanted a refund they sent two people over to REPOSSESS FLOWERS! Are you kidding me? Never again.

Find any other flower place but this one--took a gamble hoping for good quality service because this place was local, but I regret it. The flowers were pretty, but quite bleak considering I paid for the Deluxe bouquet. The woman who received the flowers said the delivery man was actually cursing to himself outside her door to the point where she was frightened to answer. On top of this, the flowers lived 2 days. Called and nicely talked to the office manager explaining the situation, yet of course "there was nothing they could do." & we wonder why big national chains keep eating up the little guys...

I only order flowers from this place! Their buy one dozen roses, get one dozen free is an excellent deal. I get that package every year for my anniversary. The delivery is fast and efficient. The quality of the flowers is the best Ive seen, and the flowers take about 6 weeks to start wilting. I had spoken with the owner, they have their flowers flown in daily from South America.

I ordered flowers from this shop and gave them the wrong address. I am overseas and they could not call me back, but they found out the correct address and they delivered them on time. The flowers lasted for over a week.

Purchased 2 dozen roses for girl friends birthday to be delivered at her place of employment, they were never delivered. Couldnt leave a message asking for refund because they dont have an answering machine.
