The arrangement was nice. I called and ordered flowers for my wife on our 13year anniversary. The lady I talked to right when they opened said the flowers would be dropped off before noon. The flowers were dropped off around 245. After all said and done. I check my bank and have two charges for the same amount. They claim it declined once so ran again. Either way I called and had them reverse one of them. The next day, Parker blooms calls me 5 times within an hour leaving no Voicemail. So I call back and on their end it shows they still have no payment from me but on my end it shows their is still a payment out of my bank to them. Im on a 3 way call with my bank and Parker blooms. My bank confirms they changed me twice and refunded once and their is a payment out of my account for them. As I am explaining to Parker blooms that its on their end and the money is out of my account. The lady is arguing with me on how they have no payment. The weekend passes. I get another phone call. This is about call number 8 at least. Mind you, Im not trying to get anything for free I just dont want to be changed multiple times. I get another call again saying they have not been paid. We got it taken care of, but I would strongly recommend not paying over the phone. The owner was nice, as well as some of the other workers but one lady there had an attitude like you cant believe.

We found Parker Blooms at a bridal festival and loved the samples she brought with her. We knew we wanted to have purple flowers but other than tulips we had no idea. Paula was great, knew a lot, and was able to help us find exactly what we wanted. We were having a mountain wedding and we made our own centerpieces and the flowers needed to look like they belonged. She was very accommodating and paid close attention to the details we wanted (she took a lot of notes). She was even able to get us purple tulips out of season when many other florists said tulips were not an option for our mid-June wedding. Paulas arrangements exceeded our expectation and she was very friendly and she obviously cared. –Thank you so much Paula- The Burkes

They were great! We fired our florist one week before our wedding and Parker Blooms came to our rescue! They provided all the flowers we needed and added a special touch to the bouquets. They show you all the flowers and really paint a very clear picture of what you are going to get. They delivered the flowers with extras and accessories and truly thought of everything we would need! The price came in exactly where we needed to be and I would recommend them to anybody!

My husband sent me flowers for our 19 year anniversary and what he paid for and what showed up were two different things. He purchased a full arrangement and I received something that was more like a middle price point. Then on the 3rd day my arrangement was already wilted when it should have been in full bloom at this point.. They never reached a full bloom before wilting. Very disappointed and have never had this experience with a florist.

Manager/worker today were extremely rude, we came in to ask if they had the ability to help our son for some late prom planning -- she couldnt help - which is fine, but she was extremely rude, had terrible abrasive tone, offered no help or other suggestions -- was a terrible experience - its like they didnt want any current or future business. We ended up going to another florist near them in Parker who was fantastic.

I called from Idaho to order flowers for my uncles funeral and found Lyn to be very courteous, compassionate and kind. She assured me the flowers I had chosen would be beautiful and delivered on time. It is not easy choosing a business from another state but I feel very confident I have chosen a good reputable company. I am very happy I called. Thank you.

Terrible experience...ended up having to pick up my own surprise flowers that my husband paid to be delivered to me at work. Their excuse "so sorry, there was a memorial service and we are so busy". Wow, how about you dont agree to a service you obviously cannot perform! Never using this flower shop again. Thanks for nothing

Walked in because I waited forthe last minute to get flowers for my anniversary. They made a fully custom designed arrangement with what I wanted in it. Cost a little more, but the flowers are super fresh and the arrangement was beautiful.
