Very Inconvenient delivery service and flowers died within 3 days. My boyfriend attempted to surprise me at work by delivering flowers. They called around 11am to ensure I was available and I told them I needed them delivered by 230 as I had meetings the rest of the day.... 230/still no call.... 330 rolls around and at this point i had cancelled 1 meeting and was about to cancel the othe cuz I knew my boyfriend put in a lot of effort for theses flowers. I finally receive the flowers around 4pm and they are absolutely beautiful! (Worth the wait!)....however just two days later they start dying. 5 days later they were all completely dead (which was strange because I bought flowers from King Scoopers grocery the day prior to receiving theses flowers and they were and still are going strong!).. so I go to took the flowers to the trash and notice not a SPECK of water in the vase!!!!!! I was quite upset! My boyfriend paid over $100 for a beautiful arrangement and the florist either didnt put water in or put anything in the "care instructions" indicating i should add water. (dark vase so impossible to see water level) Competlely disatasfied with this florist and upset my boyfriend spend so Much money on flowers that die in 2/3 days and are FAR outlived by grocery store flowers. The company called a few days after seeing a negative review to apologize and were very personal/sympathetic to the case stating they would deliver a new arrangement following the weekend to ensure I was able to enjoy my flower arrangement, however over 2 weeks passed and I did not receive a call/note about the new arrangement/delivery. The gesture was nice, and the lady on the phone was very friendly; beautiful flowers for the 3 days they lasted though.

I ordered flowers online from this florist on a Monday, May 9, for my sister in law. I received a confirmation number and my credit card was charged. The delivery was to be for that day. I spoke to my sister in law on Thursday, May 12, of that week and since I had not heard from her about the flowers, I asked if she had received them, NO SHE HAD NOT. So as soon as I got off the phone I called the florist. The woman who answered the phone was either new or clueless. I explained to her my issue. She stumbled around like she had never heard of an online order. NO apology, she checked and found my order info and told me the bouquet was refused....WHAAAT??. I told her why would someone, in particular my sister in law refuse a flower bouquet??? No answer for that one. I asked why NO ONE had contacted me about this issue since they had my phone number, address and email address? Once again NO answer. She was speaking off and on to someone in the background, she then told me the florist would refund my money. NO apology ever for the problem. Today is May 24th. Of course, NO REFUND. I guess I have my answer now. You place an order, they take your money, they dont fulfill your order, you call and make the inquiry about what happened and you get NO answer. They state they will refund your money and of course, they DONT! The answer is RIP OFF. Buyer beware of this florist. They will take your money and thats the last youll ever know.

I always try and support a local business however I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.. They have 3 arrangements, the standard, the deluxe and the premium. I ordered the premium flowers to be delivered on Monday. They werent delivered. I called Tuesday morning and was told the driver would be in about 11:30 and my order would be his first delivery AND that they would add $15.00 more in flowers since they werent delivered the day they were supposed to. At 2PM I called to check on the status of the delivery and was told they couldnt get a hold of their driver. I asked for a call back when she did. I didnt receive a call back and called again at 3:15PM. I was told the driver said they were already delivered. So I asked the person who I sent them to if they received a delivery, they hadnt. Then they arrived at 3:45PM after the person was already gone from work. So, not only were they not delivered when they were supposed to be on two separate days. What I ordered and paid for was not even close to what was delivered. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Pictures attached of what I ordered and what was delivered.

Ordinarilly i wouldnt say anything about a place i worked for, but in this case i feel i must to save others the hell i went through. My first paycheck was 12 days late and cost me 80 dollars in late fees because it bounced. My 2nd and 3rd checks were both almost a week late and cost me more money. The lady at her bank told me she had been doing this to her drivers for a long time. I passed up some pretty good jobs to take this one because she made promises she couldnt keep. Ive begun the process of reporting her to the department of labor for being late on paychecks and consistently writing bad checks. On another subject, this place is the most disorganized delivery shop ive ever seen. The owner wont take suggestions on how to do anything better because she wants to handle everything herself. Deliveries were consistently late because the paperwork wouldnt be ready. The drivers were always getting blamed for things they werent doing. Steer clear of this place if you want your flowers delivered on time. There are other flower shops in town.

Beware this shop!! Picking weeds off the streets will give you a better outcome than this shop will ever give you. If youre unsatisfied with the low quality, poor customer service, spray painted flowers, and total disregard to your business be warned that you will remain unsatisfied because even if you call for a refund you will be completely ignored or screamed at by the owner. This owner is harassing negative and should have never purchased the shop. She harasses employees customers wholesalers anyone who has contact with her. Any floral shop is better than this one please be warned cannot trust this shop!! The majority of these positive reviews are the owners friends and family members not actual customers do not be fooled!!! Take your money elsewhere because the owner will spend your money on herself and continue to not pay her employees lie to everybody and continue to not care about anyone but herself until a new owner comes in do not step foot near this shop she doesnt deserve your business

I ordered flowers for a family member who passed away. The girl on the phone was very helpful and even went out of the way to comfort me and help me pick out an arrangement. They even customized it for me and helped me to include my aunts favorite colors. We arrived for the service early in the morning and the flowers I ordered were already there. They were amazing, I could tell they really took the time to customize the order and they listened to the details I had given them. The flowers were superior compared to flowers I have ordered before locally from other shops. The arrangement was very unique and tastefully stylish. The family was even able to take the piece home with them where they were able to enjoy them for another two weeks!! Besides the occasion of which I was ordering, I was very happy with my experience here. I will most certainly be using them again. I highly recommend leaving all your flower needs to this shop!
