I cant even begin to say how upset I am with the wedding flowers you made. I sat with someone for 2 hours going over every detail and how much everything would cost (I even increased my budget on some items to make them perfect) what I got was nothing what I asked for. I received a call the day before with them asking questions and telling me that the designer I dealt with was no longer there. That shoyld have been my first clue. I said no carnations and I wanted hydrangeas, roses, dahlias and what did they give me carnations and not even the right colors. The table arrangements looked like something from a grocery store, hell they werent even that nice. I even paid an extra $120 for them to use to put extra flowers on the tables and trust me they are all very skimpy. I would never suggest anyone use them. I also was supposed to have this huge arrangement in honor of my husbands mother who passed which I paid well over $100 for and I got 6 gladiolas and 2 hydrangeas. Mind you I brought in all the cases this was just flowers. I feel I was ripped off at least $400 to $500 or more

I had met Britney at the bridal show downtown and she was awesome to chat with so I emailed pictures of what I was wanting and was provided a decent quote. I scheduled an appointment two month advance (plenty of time for them to be prepared for me) and when I show up its not with Britney its with Amy and they had not communicated anything to each other. They were not prepared for my appointment and were not able to show me anything at all. I was extremely upset with the customer service that I took my business elsewhere. Amy was unable to pull up my emails with Britney and unable to get ahold of her as well. I cant tell you whether or not the arrangements ate nice because I didnt see any. I can only say that the customer service and their internal communication is horrible. If a business cant do a simple pass down and be prepared for their customers on a scheduled regular appointment what makes you think I am going to rely on them to show up and be prepared on my wedding day..

WOW. Fresh Flower Market really took great care of my floral needs and much more for my wedding! I was so pleased to know they would work with my budget while still providing me with the flowers/ colors I wanted. I worked with Tricia and she was a big help putting my vision together. Not only was I impressed with my bouquet and boutonnieres, she also gave me great suggestions for my isle and center pieces. She suggested we use the same flower arrangements that we had for the isle as we do for the tables inside. Suggesting that helped us save money, while still completing my vision. When I saw the set-up I was beyond grateful as she even tied ribbon around the lanterns for me. FFM had great customer service throughout the entire planning process, they really allowed me to feel relaxed knowing all of my flowers/decorations were in good hands. I now recommend them to all my friends and family and they have all had the same great service as I have.

We were in need of a boutonnière for prom when we came upon The Fresh Flower Market unexpectedly. The young women who helped us pick out the boutonniere was very kind and patient as we tried to figure out what we wanted. The very next day we found out that my daughters dates tux rental included the boutonniere. I was afraid to go in and cancel the order as it was only two days away and dreaded the typical refund policy of not being able to get a refund. I walked in and was immediately greeted explained the situation and they refunded me for the boutonniere. No hassle and I was in and out in five minutes. Thank you Fresh Flower Market for a positive experience and from purchase through out the return. I will be buying all of my floral needs here from now on.

I highly recommend the fresh flower market, the customer service is fabulous, the women are knowledgeable and friendly. I have gone in with and without notice for flower arrangements for my photo sessions and have been more than pleased, my clients have loved everything as well. My husband send me and our three daughters arrangements this past Valentines Day that were absolutely gorgeous and lasted for weeks! The quality is far superior to grocery store or honestly, other florists. In addition to the flower portion of the shop, the store is full of gorgeous and unique items. Fantastic place and definitely worth a visit!!

The red head was mean as could be down right rude actually. They did not honor their commitments to myself or my sister. They had no flowers in stock, the few that they did have were dead. I love local businesses and do my best to support them, however this place does not deserve the support. I was going to pay her 36$ for long stem roses she tried to pass of medium stemmed ones and then got upset when I didnt like her selection. I went to Safeway across the street and got two dozen for twenty bucks. Hate to say it but with that attitude and nothing in stock I am never going back there.

We had them do our wedding flowers. Flowers were nice. The ring bearers boutenniere was huge, the size of a grown mans. We called to see if we could pick up a smaller one and were told, "there is nothing we can do." Really? Are they not florists? We ended up calling Safeway of all places, who made us one perfectly sized in 5 min flat. Also, we provided vases for the reception and when we got there, our vases were not used and they were replaced with what looked like a cheaper version. We will not be recommending or using this florist again.

I worked for several years with The Fresh Flower Market while I was the Catering Director at a local venue. I always recommended them to clients for any type of event (wedding, corporate, private) and had clients tell me how great they were to work with. I felt their customer service and products were top notch and particularly loved their wedding arrangements. I think they are creative, accommodating and very reasonably priced. Aside from recommending them for work events, I also used them for my personal needs as well. I think they are the best!

I was here like a whole month ago to arrange my corsages for prom and I told them exactly what I wanted and it even said on the paper and everything what I wanted and I get there and they look completely terrible , I am so upset I asked for a diamond bracelet IT EVEN SAID ON THE PAPER DIAMOND BRACELET AND I EVEN ASKED THE STUPID GIRL IF THAT INCLUDED EVERYTHING AND SHE SAID YES. I will not refer any of my friends or anyone here any more. King Soopers flower shop could do so much better . I am extremely disappointed. Thank you for nothing.

WE LOVED OUR WEDDING FLOWERS!! Tricia, the owner, listened closely, took our vision, and went with it. She is incredibly creative, and we realized early on that giving her creative freedom was the way to go. Our flowers we stunning!! They were so fresh and vibrant and lasted for days after.
