If I could give Springs in Bloom more than 5 stars I would... Springs in Bloom did my wedding back in October (sorry for the late review) and I would recommend this shop to anyone who ever needs flowers for any reason. I came to Tanya and her designers with one request, fall theme with sunflowers, and oh my goodness did they deliver. Tanya and her staff created the most beautiful bouquets, boutonnieres, and pergola decor... even better than anything I could have imagined. On the day of my wedding, Tanya delivered the flowers early so that the photographer could take pictures, and she even decorated the pergola for us! About 10 minutes after the pergola was decorated, the unthinkable happened, and it started raining and hailing. But Tanya, being the professional she is, ran out in the weather and brought the flowers inside so they would not get ruined. At the last minute the location of the ceremony changed and the pergola could not be used anymore, but Tanya thought ahead and brought stands to attach the flowers to so that we could still use them in the wedding. I would highly, highly recommend Tanya and Springs in Bloom to anyone who needs flowers. Tanya and her wonderful staff were so professional, creative, and reliable that I never once worried about the flowers. I received so many compliments on the flowers that day that I thought that I should pass that along to Tanya and Springs in Bloom (5 months later...) :). Thanks again, you created the most perfect flowers for my perfect day.

Couldnt be happier! Their customer service impressed me. I made the error (keep in mind I made the error, not them) and selected a delivery date where my recipient was not at work. I thought she was returning that Tuesday, but actually not until an entire week later was she expected back at work. Springs in Bloom obviously tried to deliver but couldnt; they called me immediately and instead of telling me I was out of luck, which I expected since it was my error, they asked if they could remake the arrangement and redeliver the following week. OF COURSE I SAID YES! They didnt even question me, blame me, or make me feel bad for sending them on a wild goose chase. They simply offered to redeliver and the recipient got the arrangement today and was very happy with it. Thank you for going above and beyond to make sure my purchase was delivered!!

I chose this florist because they said that they could deliver to the business I needed it delivered to and that they could do it on a Saturday. I gave them specific instructions as to how to go about making the delivery. They were too lazy to follow my instructions and werent able to figure out how to make the delivery. Then called me a half hour before the store closed so I had to drive like crazy down to the store to pick up the flowers and deliver them exactly like I had told them. They did not even offer to refund my delivery charge. The flowers themselves were a little runt bouquet that probably cost them about ten bucks total but they were more than happy to charge me over fifty for it. You get one chance to make a good impression and they failed miserably. Never again!

The flowers/arrangements for my moms memorial service were perfection. Everything was so beautiful… even more so in the elegance and peace of Grace/St Stephen’s, as we gave tribute to my dear Mother. It was a joyous service. The church was filled the fragrance of the Rubrum stargazers ... my Mom’s absolute favorites. The intertwined roses along with the additional pretty flowers/greenery were so special. Tanya (owner) of Springs in Bloom will be the first person I call when I have the occasion to send/give flowers as well as my recommendations when the opportunity arises. I respect and know what it takes to own and operate a small business. It is a labor of love and for Springs in Bloom, it shows. Keep up the good work! THANK YOU!

I was NOT impressed and will not use again. I picked an arrangement online from this florist because it had a specific filler (buplerum) mixed with other flowers. I even added a few bucks in to make it prettier. The picture the recipient sent me showed an arrangement overloaded with what look like eucalyptus leaves. It completely changed the look. I dont even see any buplerum at all in it! If florists cant make the exact arrangement you want, they have an obligation to tell you so that you can decide whether or not you want another option. I have worked as a florist, and that is just good business. Wont be using again. Sad, because we will be needing lots of flowers for an very sick loved one.

I have been using Springs In Bloom for the past 2 years and I am absolutely impressed every time! Tanya and her staff are just amazing. They listen to what you need, what you can afford and the results are jaw dropping. I am one of those nosey people who want to see what my arrangements look like after I order them - so when my friends or family get their flowers - they always send me a picture - and WOW - always impressive. I will continue to use Springs In Bloom for all my local, national and international floral shipments from now on. Kudos to Tanya and her crew!! You have a forever loyal customer!!

As a non-native to Colorado Springs, I was using the power of the internet to find a florist. The flowers were for funeral services for my father-in-law, and I wanted to ensure they were perfect. Tanya and Karen greeted us kindly, and really listented to what we had to say. The flowers were beautiful!! They turned out better than I could have imagined, and they were high quality flowers as well. I really appreciated the service from Tanya and her staff, and I would recommend them to anyone in the Colorado Springs area (or looking to send flowers in the CO Springs area). I couldnt have been more embarrassed by what was brought to my girlfriends office. They told me that I needed to go get them and bring them back to them to fix or to get a refund. I had them delivered and I am not about to go steal them from my girlfriends work just to correct this issue. I kept telling them that the arrangement was supposed to have roses in it, but they refused to admit it even though they are clearly shown in the picture. I couldnt be more disappointed with the product or the corrective measures they wanted to use.

Thank you for being so wonderful!!!!! I live in California and I found your shop online. Yesterday you were supposed to deliver an arrangement to my sister. When she wasnt there, you went way out of your way to find her and get her flowers to a safe place. Im sorry for all your trouble, but so very grateful for your kindness! I wish I could post pictures. I ordered the "premium version" of an arrangement for my fiancée for Valentines Day. I laid the extra $20 so it would be "premium" and look as close to the picture advertised as possible. In the picture there are 10 lillies and 8 roses visible. My "premium" arrangement contains 5 lillies and 6 rises TOTAL. Never will I give this place my business again. What a disappointing valentines arrangement for $70
