HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I will never purchase flowers from here again!!! My Fiance ordered me a bouquet of flowers from Forever Flowers online and paid additional money for an upgrade that was supposed to include even more flowers than was shown in the bouquet photo. The owner Mary called him to explain that they were short on flowers due to the holiday and wrongfully proceeded to charge him the additional money for the upgrade. Mary told him that the bouquet would look comparable to the cost he was paying. When I received the flowers, they did NOT look anything like the photo or comparable due to Marys flower shortage! The bouquet was mostly green, with an odd number of roses and a few twigs. The roses were not in good shape at all and even had tears in the leaves. I was shocked when I found out that Mary charged my Fiance over $70 for this so called "bouquet." When I called her, she was EXTERMELY RUDE to me over the phone! She argued with me and told me that I was wrong and that the bouquet that we received was worth what we paid. Mary did not want to offer any help over the phone, so I brought the flowers back to her shop. I showed her the flowers in person and she still argued with me and went on as if there was nothing wrong and didnt even care about my concerns. I gave her back the flowers, vase and all, and told her what I felt I deserved in terms of compensation. I have NEVER experienced such rude customer service and lack of professionalism!!!

What a wonderful florist! My friend’s husband passed away and in my shock I gave them an address that was off by a digit which made it a mile and a half down-the-street wrong! The driver called the phone number I gave them and also texted her, then made sure the flowers were delivered when she was home. They really are about excellent service. In addition, they sent me an email with a photo of the beautiful arrangement and a copy of my receipt. Nice! I live in Tucson, Arizona, and went online to find a florist in the Denver area. With the ease of the internet and unlimited long-distance cell phone calling I don’t think there’s any reason why I can’t contact a local florist and do away with those national flower delivery brokers. You don’t really know what you’re going to get or who you’re dealing with. I’m so glad I chose Forever Flowers and I’ll make sure that my friends in the Denver area know about this great florist.

I dont write these things often, but my experience with Forever Flowers was pretty awesome. My girlfriend was having a pretty crappy week so I thought Id try to make her smile with some flowers. Now, Ive had a few bad experiences with having to phone in orders or order flowers on the internet. However, the bouquet that these guys made were great and the follow up from Brian was great as well - this is probably the first time I was sent a picture of the actual bouquet made along with the receipt of my purchase via email, which put aside any concerns that my girlfriend would be getting anything but the freshest flowers they had on hand. Ill definitely be a repeat customer - and thanks!

DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST We ordered flowers online for a funeral in Centennial for $156 and what they received was absolutely the most pathetic bouquet I have ever seen and nothing like what they show in the picture when you order. Luckily, the party there took a snapshot of it and sent it to me. When I called to complain, there was no one to answer the phone and they have yet to contact me even though I left my contact information. Ill be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau so they cant continue this scam any longer. If you care to see what we ordered and we received, feel free to contact me.

Excellent personal customer service!!!! I ordered online from out of state. Was hoping to find a truly local florist to handle an order for a grieving family. The following day, the day my order was delivered, I received a personal email from owner Brian White thanking me for the order, a photo of the arrangement, and a confirmation that the order had been delivered and received! I have worked in high end retail and high end hospitality so I have high expectations for customer service (rarely met) and I was thrilled that my business was treated with such care and respect. It was 4pm and my friend just emailed me to tell me that he and his wife had just put down their beloved Libby (a golden Retriever) of 15 years. Hearts were clearly broken. Forever Flowers was the 3 place I had called after 2 rejections for same day delivery. It was beautiful. The woman on the phone was brought to tears just hearing the news (I didnt elaborate) and she said, "Of course we have time, We will make time" so I sent a basket of Fruit and flowers. And thats not all - Forever flowers sent a picture of what they were delivering!! Nice touch. Great and easy process.

I went in to have a corsage made with a red, white, and blue theme for my step-sister who had earned her U.S. citizenship and had the ceremony the next day. Spoke with two women and had to prepay for it, but was promised it would be made and ready by 5 in the evening. When I came to pick it up at 5, both women had left and a man was there with no corsage made. He called one of them and guessed that the two women kept thinking the other one would make it. I showed my receipt and requested a refund. He complied, but I am very disappointed.

Whenever I send flowers, I like to support local florists that are near my recipient. Forever Flowers is the first florist that I have been inspired to write a review about. I was really impressed! They sent me a follow up email with a picture of the flowers and a receipt to show who signed for them. You certainly wont get that kind of service from any online flower companies. Way to go Forever Flowers! You have earned my continued business for the future and I will definitely recommend you to all of my colleagues.

I discovered this florist after trying many late on Saturday before Mothers Day last year. They were staying late anyway and made a beautiful bouquet for our daughter. Now I will always use them. They are creative, accommodating, reliable, and go out of their way to please. This year for Mothers Day, the owner sent me a picture of the flowers he made for our daughter because we were out of town. I have never experienced such good service.

I live just a few minutes away from this flower shop, but have never been before! I went in to find some succulents, and the plants were in great condition! Brian is very knowledgeable. The team are incredibly friendly and really want to help you. I was so pleased with the service and succulents that I actually went back later that day to pick up some more!
