I visited Regency furniture in Catonsville, MD in July and ordered a bedroom set. I was told that it would arrive between 2-6 weeks, I have all the paperwork that documents this. I called in after 4 weeks to ask about the status and was surprised that I was told that this is a special order and it would require 12 weeks to deliver. Regardless to say I was very upset and frustrated that I was not told this beforehand and asked to speak to the manager at that time. I then asked them to deliver what was ready. Two days later I got a call that the bedroom will be delivered the following Friday except for the chest. Nothing was delivered then Nor was I contacted for the delivery or postpone of delivery. After about a week-10 days the bedroom was delivered without the chest. No one contacted me regarding when the chest will be delivered, and so I contacted them 3 times and was given dates for the chest delivery and a delivery was never and they never called! I am really disappointed with the customer service! They never call even though we contacted the manager multiple times but they NEVER call to follow up and till now we havent received the chest, it has been over 16 weeks! I have to run around just to talk to someone because they dont care! We are so frustrated with his company and will never point anyone to Regency due poor customer service and care.

Two parts to this review - Chris McKee, the store manager, is a nice guy and truly tries to help people. Especially, when he sees that company (Regency Corporation) messed up. My review has 4 stars only due to the effort Chris put forth to get the problem solved. 1 star less because I had to make several trips to get my problem solved. Epically frustrating experience, but not Chris’s fault. Regency as a company and their corporate structure is a disaster. Corporate office does not know what they had promised to their customer and their customer service agents lock invoices when they can not solve a problem. Once an invoice is locked nobody has the power to see why a particular invoice was locked except the locking customer service agent. Customer service agents are gone after 5 pm. Store managers hands are tied because he can not look up why an invoice is locked. Therefore, the customer makes several trips to solve a problem. In my particular case, it took over two months to get my problem resolved and I truly believe it would not have been resolved if Chris had not taken personal interest in resolving the issue.

The customer service in the store was okay. However, when it came time for my delivery, the guys who brought my furniture to the house delivered my bedroom set without my mattress and box spring. I called corporate and they told me it was on back order. I called the store and they informed me that it was not on backorder but they just didnt add it to the order to bring it to my house. I was in the middle of moving and did not have a back up box spring or mattress at my new house. I had to rent a truck to have my old box spring and mattress delivered to my new house. Regency made a false promise that they would have someone come to my house to take away the old box spring and mattress that I had to go out of my way to move because of their mistake. I called Regency to make sure they were still coming on the day they promised they would come get the old furniture and another person told me that they do not do this. I was hugely disappointed that I had to spend more money because they are very disorganized. I will NEVER purchase furniture from this place again!

This has been the BEST experience ever!! I have never seen such good service all across the board in any other store!! Bri, my sale rep was amazing; from picking out what fits me and my family to help my finding the best price and omg the quality of the items here is mind blowing!! Chris the store manager, hes the best!!! He insure you get the best for you buck and is very devoted and passionate about his job!! Allon, Jeanna, and Maddie also were amazing. I have been to 5 different stores this month and I purchased from this one!! Chris and his store now have a valued customer for life!! Everyone should shop here..Thanks Chris and Bri and the rest of your staff!!

Atrocious customer service. I was delivered a bed with missing parts which therefore could not be assembled. I have spent hours on the phone over the past two days with no resolution in site. When calling you are put on hold multiple times before the phone is ultimately disconnected. No one is willing to help at all. I have been told multiple different and conflicting stories from they are working on it and will call back to a version with no end in sight: company policy is they cant send the missing parts to have my bed assembled until the delivery driver checks in the missing parts. DUH?! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

The on-line reviews about Regencys customer service and furniture repair/replacement was not good and concerned me to the point that I wasnt sure if I wanted to purchase anything from them. I spoke to the store manager (Greg) and advised him of my concerns...he assured me they would stand behind any issues that occurred so I purchased two bedroom sets from Regency. Well, there were 3 issues...and sure enough, THEY STOOD BEHIND, HONORED AND CORRECTED OR REPLACED EVERY PROBLEM!!! The Regency customer service personnel did a great job and followed up with me after every issue! I would purchase furniture from Regency again.

Regency Furniture in Catonsville, MD was a really pleasant shopping experience. We didnt feel rushed or pushed to buy anything, but the staff there and the manager were great! Yaneth was the lady who assisted us on the floor, and she was incredibly helpful. Together with the store manager, they worked a lower price for us, $150 less than we expected to pay for the couch and recliner! Allam was who we checked out with and he was very pleasant, professional and helpful. Thank you all for helping us pick out and purchase some great furniture at an affordable price!

I purchased furniture around October 2nd of 2016 and was told i will have delivery in 2 weeks. After a plethora of excuses , Regency promised to compensate me for the late delivery - they reneged on that promise after they delivered the bed in mid December. The bed flanks were installed broken. So my bed is BROKEN. I paid for new furniture and got a broken bed from Regency. Fed up of dealing with them and 3k down the drain ! Go ahead buy stuff from these guys and enjoy the pain and frustration that you will undoubtedly experience.

We had a very unpleasant experience with the front office staff when we were there to complete the purchase and have the delivery schedule confirmed there has to be better understanding and sharing of information plus coordination between front office and sales team I dont want to go into the details ON THE OTHER HAND Our sales manager John Mathews did a very good job in assisting us getting the furniture of our choice we were able to get a good overall discount with the help of Chris the store manager RKN/ Das Family
