Not please. Husband ordered an arrangement online and upgraded it. When it arrived it hardly resembled what was pictured on the website at the standard price and didn’t even compare to what the deluxe upgrade looked like either. As a customer you don’t pay for greenery and that’s pretty much what filled the arrangement I received. There were 4 very beautiful large roses, but everything else looked just like filler. There were suppose to be baby roses throughout the bouquet & there were ZERO in it. There were a couple stems of cheap baby carnations, 2 single aster stems and the rest was filler that did not look like the photo online. I was told repeatedly that the arrangement was filled to match the price paid. The arrangement was simply not filled to represent at all what was listed online & as a customer you’re not concerned how much each flower cost. You see a photo online & expect that what you ordered is what you will receive. When you upgrade you expect more flowers & a bigger arrangement - not greenery. Even online the photos reflect more of everything in each upgrade offered. Again, it looked nothing like the photo online or the deluxe upgrade either. Just not happy at all. Spoke with them directly about it & was offered to have them picked up & then a refund? Or to replace my flowers next week? I’m sorry but no one wants to wait for flowers until the following week? In the end I kept the arrangement even though completely disappointed & was told we would receive 1/2 a refund.

The service at this place is terrible. My husband is currently deployed and tried to place an order on 4July because every other florist website has the listing as closed for the holiday and I am also military. He knows how I am about the Holidays, and wanted to surprise me and let me know he was thinking of me. The business has a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but did not notify him that the business was closed on 4July until 5July, when the order was placed on 3July with a same day delivery guarantee. Why would they not deliver the flowers on the 3? When my husband asked for a discount of some sort or free of charge for the inconvenience, they simply state "It is a website, blah blah blah". Well I am sorry, if you can not figure out how to use the functions on your own webpage, then dont use a webpage. And you could have at least offered a 10% off, rather than just stating "I am sorry, we can cancel the order." 100% satisfaction guarantee is nowhere close to the truth.

Lori was absolutely amazing. I couldnt say enough about how exceptional my experience was. She walked me through her entire store and hand-picked flowers with me based on my Pinterest ideas I had brought in. She showed me flowers I hadnt even heard of before and helped me design a bouquet for me and my bridesmaids better than I had ever imagined. It was soo much fun to put together all kinds of different greenery and flowers to personally design my wedding bouquet. She has soo much knowledge and even helped us design our centerpieces for the wedding. I wasnt sure what I had in mind for flowers in my hair and she even helped me with that! She drew out on paper all the different ways she could design a hair piece and how to add to the veil! I cant even put down in words how great of an experience I had. I would recommend her to everyone!! The prices were very affordable as well!

Not very pleased. I called yesterday to order some flowers for my wifes birthday. I asked if they deliver to Fort Carson. The lady on the phone kinda sighed and said its a challenge but will get it taken care of. Either you do or you dont deliver to Fort Carson. Simple answer. I was happy that they did deliver to Fort Carson as other florists do not. The down side to this story is when I got home and saw the flowers that they sent to my wife and they didnt look good at all. The flowers looked very beaten up and not fresh at all. It looked like they hadnt been watered in a few days. I Will not be ordering from them again. Waste of my money!

I live in Georgia and wanted to have flowers delivered to my friend in Colorado to celebrate her new baby. I ordered flowers 3 days ago from a different florist that I found online. Today that florist contacted me and told me that they could not make the delivery until tomorrow. I was so disappointed by the extreme delay, so I canceled that order and called Skyway. The woman at Skyway was so very helpful and told me that she would do whatever was needed to have the flowers delivered to my friend today. Within about two hours, Skyway delivered a beautiful bouquet of flowers to my friend. Absolute excellent service! Thank you!

I can not say enough good things about this place. During our hard time suffering from a sudden loss, I called Skyway searching for a specific flower and got nothing but incredible service from the moment they answered the phone. We needed a sympathy arrangement with hydrangeas as the focal point. My questions were answered and I was given suggestions and ideas for my budget and short notice. They took the time to add in touches of remembrance and found flowers for the arrangement to perfectly show our loved ones favorite color. Skyway creations is absolutely the place to go for your flower needs!

I called at the last minute this afternoon to purchase bouquets for granddaughters 6 and 8 whose last play performance is this evening. The lady who took the order was pleasant, knew what I wanted, stayed within my budget, and had the flowers ready when I got there about 20 minutes later. The bouquets were larger than I expected -- and with multiple colors and varieties, I can hardly wait to give them to the girls! I love shopping locally, and Skyway Creations is now my go-to florist.

I ordered a birthday bouquet for a friend online and wasnt too pleased with the initial picture of their creation. Turns out they were out of lilies, which were a large portion of the arrangement, but they offered to deliver some to my friend the next day to make up for the absence!! Very thoughtful and gracious of them considering the short notice of my order and the fact that Im out of state and cant come into the shop. I highly recommend them!
