The customer service at the store was exceptional. However, waited over two months for a microwave to arrive. During the wait, there was no communication or updates. When the microwave FINALLY arrived, two installers came to install the microwave, but immediately claimed they could not install due to cabinet woodwork / trim. After already waiting over 2 months, I refused to wait any longer, and insisted on a refund. The people are nice, but the experience was HORRIBLE.

Terrible exp. last week. 1) Lied about their credentials. Patterson no longer an authorized dealer for Dacor. Thus, Patterson should inform the customer first b/f fixing any thing. 2) Lied about "after market" parts. Contacted Dacor, & the manufacture firmly denied any parts are "used". Thus, someone lied to cover up another failed attempt to fix the appliance. 3)Condesending & uncaring tone on the phone. Its really irratating. So, no more future business w/ them.

They help me to identify which model of a needed appliance is the most cost effective choice for my needs. When it comes to service, they are awesome. Calling a local number (vs. an 800 number) and getting a knowledgeable, prompt response is great. Pattersons is a super company!

Overpriced appliances, staff was looking at home Depot prices so that they could match price me a better deal. Not exactly the best place to go, unless you want to pay an arm and a leg. On the bright side, their display room looked nice.
