Horrible service & delivery crew is like a bunch of circus animals. The money you save on the appliance, is what you are going to spend fixing the damage to your home that the idiot delivery crew does. They said atleast 3 times they would have someone from the Regional office call me to get someone to fix the damage to my brand new home that the reckless delivery crew did, no one has called me yet and its been 1.5 months since they delivered the fridge. Stay away from this company, they only care about the sale, they are a awful company to do business with. I wish I bought the appliance from a top named company instead of this discount disastrous company. Next time I buy any appliances it definitely wont be them.

Good products and prices - but terrible service. The dishwasher I ordered took two weeks longer than promised to arrive. The store never notified me of the delays; I had to keep calling or going into the store to find out why it had not come in. Nobody returned my calls, and nobody but the manager seemed to know how to find anything out. I got neither an apology or any compensation for the delays. I had asked that they waive the delivery charge, but not only did they refuse, the delivery charge was higher than I had been told. Im glad that experience is finally over.

Bought a new washer from them. I used my own truck on the weekend. Took it home hooked it up and it was broken. Had to take a day off work now to get a washer taken care of. Offered to pay the difference for a more exspensive washer and have them deliver it so i wouldnt have to miss work. They would for a100 delivery fee to go 12 miles. So now i have to lose money missimg work and spend my gas swapping thier broken junk out again.stay away from this place

Edit-- after reaching out to upper mgmt at their corp office, new dishwasher en route-- there is a Lowes across the street and a Home Depot right next door. Give them your business, they understand the meaning of customer service. I bought a new dishwasher at appliance mart that did not work. They would not take it back just 2 days later. unbelievable.

Would not allow us to pay over the phone for a refrigerator for one of our rental property to come pick up, said it was a credit card violation, although we have paid for 20 or more products by sending one of our employees there with one of our personal cards. What the hell? Do not deal with Devon, told me I could go to Home Depot to shop.

Bought a refrigerator from here about 10 months ago. Got a pretty good price, delivery was on time, and everything has been perfect with the unit. Make sure to research the models before going in so you know what brands to look for. Ours was a scratch and dent unit but a good reliable brand. Everything has worked as it should so far.

Customer NO SERVICE! We ordered a new washer & dryer, and after 11 days they still couldnt tell us when it would be delivered, or even bother to answer our inquiries. So we cancelled the order, went to Frys Electronics in Milton, and had our new washer & dryer delivered the next day. Will never go back to ApplianceSmart again.

Do not buy anything here! They sell you broken stuff and wont let you exchange it for something that actually works. The receipt does not have a return policy on it, they make something up. They tell you to have the Manufacturer fix it. I was going to buy a ton of stuff from them, but I will never come back!!

Poor customer service ordered a cooktop three weeks ago and never got a call or even an acknowledgement as to when it would arrive. Had to call the store several times and I still have not received it. Its like something you would expect from Amazon not a brick or mortar store.

We just purchased a new freestanding range. Kathy and Mgr Mike were very knowledgeable and accommodating! Delivery 2 days later with Robert was on time and professional. Will definitely purchase any future appliances at Appliance Smart in Cumming!!
