Absolutely the most unprofessional business Ive ever had to deal with. Dealt with a broken dryer and had problems getting them to pick it up after being promised a replacement that I didnt receive. Was not refunded for time spent with the broken dryer before they picked it up. Also interestingly enough, I have reviewed them before about a poor experience in detail of what happened, and my previous review is gone. Apparently this business has time to clean up their social media reviews but not care for their customer. Azuma is way better. Dont waste youre time here.

Well i was waiting for them almost all day in my house they said picking up is between 11 am 2pm i was here waiting for them i move from my house around 4 for picking up my kids from school and the came to my house i call them if they still in the apartment complex and never answer the phone is stressful waiting almost the whole day for them and casually i just going to picking up my kids and boomb they appear

Very unprofessional and unreliable. Been waiting for a delivery for 4 days now and still no delivery. Customer service have bben giving me the run around and they are liars! They are out there to scam people for their money. Please don not go with this company. A waste of your time and energy!

The people will lie in a minute. They were supposed to had delivered our washer and dryer but claim we didnt answer the door although my wife had been there all day specifically for the delivery. We hadnt even got the washer and dryer and are having problems out of them.

Really rude and the prices always go up and Im getting my machine picked up before the next bill is due and they are still charging me the full monthly price. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone unless you like dealing with rude unprofessional scammers!!!!
