Sears customer service is absolutely horrible I purchaseD a kenmore elite 3 thousand DOLLAR refridgerator and it has broke 4 times and this last time we called ther repair service number scheduled the apt and they were no call no show! Absolutely un acceptable then when we call them to find out when they can get out our fridge is getting worse they wont even call us back now the fridge has completely stopped cooling and ruined our food and disrupted Mothers day what a crappy company terrible customer service! Now that its completely dead they still wont come till 05/15 and today is the 05/11! horrible horrible horrible!

I would give them 0 stars if I could.... Ive never had such horrible customer service!! They were kind and wonderful selling me my fridge, but when the men came to deliver they failed to take off the doors, the refrigerator got all scratched up... I called the manager to complain about it and he shored me that I got a good price on the fridge. I told him I got a good price because it was last years floor model its ridiculous that hes ignoring the scratches and its been about two months and ice machine still not working... The manager is rude belittling and unhelpful do not buy any appliance from the store!!!

The customer service here has gone from great to zero in just a couple of years. After speaking with the salesperson (finally) I walked out and purchased a new washer and dryer elsewhere. I have no intention of ever returning to this store. Run, do not walk, away!
