I had been wanting to replace my vehicles head unit for a while now. The factory unit didnt even come with an aux input (in an 08 Eclipse). Had no idea where to start until someone at Advance Auto recommended PJ Car Tunes. So I thought, what the heck. Went and talked to Charles there, and we got everything set up. Super friendly, no pressure, and it was was like shooting the breeze with a friend. I didnt have the money to get everything right then so he ordered the dash conversion kit (didnt have it in stock for a Mitsubishi since they probably dont see as many as Ford or Chevy) for me and held on to it till next pay day when I could get the head unit. Well he talked me into getting the one with the touchscreen and I came back on this past Saturday (07/23) and they were busy, which is a good thing for a business, and lets me know theyre doing something right. Had to kill a little time, but when I came back, they fit me right in, took about an hour and a half, and then it was good. You cant even tell that the unit is aftermarket! They did an absolutely flawless install. Then Charles actually sat in the car with me and showed me all the new features and helped pair my phone with everything. They gave me a decent price, an awesome product, and excellent service. Ive already recommended them to all of my friends and family, and Im making plans to come back and get my stereo system replaced and a subwoofer installed (they told me we could do it piece by piece for my budget). Keep up the good work guys. TL;DR: Excellent service, great prices, good people, awesome products.

I have shopped @PJ car tunes for many years and have never had a terrible experience or a bad one, PJs will continue to receive my business for many years to come. In the past year or so PJs has came under new ownership and expanded there product line and the services they offer. I have saw nothing but positive changes in the store and an appreciation for customers, that you didnt get with the old owners. The guys at Pjs are doing a great job and will do whatever they can to help you! To the other reviewer, it would be impossible for them not ground your amp. Since all installs are tested and tuned before you leave.

The experience started well but after many hours of waiting for completed install it turned very ugly.The owner appears to be the only worker capable of solving wiring problems but was too busy selling a piece of equipment not related to the car radio business . The unprofessional manor in which they work will keep me from coming back and will definitely keep me from referring them to others.
