I purchase a Duet Whirlpool Washer and Dryer on 1/10/13 and Me being a mother of four I was very excited about the purchase. Since I havent been in the market of buying a washer and dryer for about 17yrs. Well I chose the 90 day same as cash option and the sales people were very nice and handle my purchase experience well. Then the nightmare begins, They brought the washer and dryer to my house and remove the old washer and dryer. They installed my new one, these are front loader washer and dryer so im excited put in my first load in the washer ,19 minutes later water start pouring out the bottom of the washer door, floods my whole laundry room. I called these people and they gave my husband and I a run around and then I use the dryer and it dont work either. I called over and over spoke with the manager and just wanted my money back and leave this lemon nightmare behind me so now im stuck with no working washer they took 10% off the price and give me and extra 30 days warranty. Im a stay at home mom and my husband works hard for the money. They are nice people but they sell garbage will never do business with them ever again.

I have never taken the time to write a review on anything, but I must expose these people for what they are. SCAM ARTISTS! Their merchandise is garbage. Their customer service is horrible. I bought a refrigerator from them in april 2012. By July 2012, they had repaired and/or replaced it at least 3 times! The last refrigerator that they brought to my house leaked water all over the floor, onto the subfloor, into the crawlspace of my home. $4000+ in damages! I sued them in small claims court and loss the case, because, although they offer a warranty on the merchandise, they have a disclaimer on the invoice that states they will not be responsible for any damages to your personal property. The judge said Ive pretty much been scammed but they were protected with the disclaimer. So, Im out of $600 for the refrigerator, stuck with $4000 of damages in my new home, and stuck with a refrigerator that NEVER worked. Im going to blast every blog and review board that I can about these people. DONT BUY FROM THEM!

I always count on G Liquidation center when I am shopping for my appliances for both of my houses. Their prices are fenomenal and the customer service is more than outstanding. Their products are in good condition, fairly new and affordable, I have purchased my freezer which was newer and it was frost free and did not have any problems at all. I would always refer G liquidation to all my friends or anyone who needs appliances. My next purchase will be a stove to replace the one I have at the house I have rented. Rafael is such a beautiful person, goes the extra mile to help you find what you need, he suggests you get the best one quality as well as affordable products and takes the time to explain to you the capacities of the different refrigerators, washers, freezers. Prices are the best prices in town at G Liquidation center, you cant get anything better at another store for what you pay at G Liquidation Center.

Me and my boyfriend came here despite the reviews for a washer and dryer set. Everything went great. We picked it out and they delivered it. When we used the dryer a day later it stopped working mid cycle on the second load. I called them to ask if they could come and fix it. They tried but they couldnt. They said they would bring me another one the next day. They didnt show up. I call the day after and ask why they didnt show up. They said they never said that and i had to come pick another one out. So we did. Same kind, we even tested it there and it worked fine. So they deliver the new one the next day (which was another hastle btw) and when we use the dryer for the second time it stopped working again mid cycle. Currently waiting on a call so we can get a THIRD dryer. This time a different brand because they dont do refunds. Please look elsewhere and dont fall into it like we did.

Before I decided to purchase my refrigerator from Rafael I went to 2 other stores in the area (its always risky to buy used stuff), but at the end the setup they have and the attention made me decide of buying from Rafael. So I purchased and got my refrigerator delivered, and it worked fine for almost 1 year, then it stopped cooling enough and was frosting on the freezer. I realized I was out of warranty but I called Rafael anyway, and thats where I knew I made the right choice when buying from him. He send a technician the next day, the technician found out the thermostat had gone bad, replaced it, and charge me for the thermostat $19.00 and only $45.00 for the service. Its been 2 months now and Im still very happy with my refrigerator and my election to buy from G Liquidation Center. Thanks Rafael.

A Scam Lottery - This is what I call this place and the reviews support my thought. Read the reviews, if the reviewer didnt have trouble with their purchase then everything is great, wonderful reviews. If there was a problem, oh man get ready for the worst customer service experience of your life. This is what my wife and I are currently experiencing. They installed a dishwasher that broke a few days after being installed. It took twisting an arm and a leg to get them to provide a replacement. The replacement doesnt work either. Now we cannot get them to resolve this problem. Simply a lottery scam. If you luck out to get a good one then you are probably fine, but if you get a bad, then you are screwed. Just the luck of the draw.

rude mexican business. One of those places that probably makes a decent profit selling cheap appliances to people that cant afford quality, or are just looking for something to get by with. We were looking for a low cost washer and dryer set. Then I found out they charge almost $70 bucks for delivery. I know it cost for delivery, but not $70! I told them I wanted the set we picked out, but I wasnt going to pay that much for delivery. One of the rude females, probably one of the owners daughters, said if we didnt like it we could pick the washer/dryer up ourselves or try some place else. Thats exactly what we did! This company has bad review on Kudzu, Yelp and Google reviews. That really says it all I think!

I went to the store to buy a washer. I paid for it then came back later in the day to pick it up. To my surprise when I returned to pick it up they told me the washer is not working. I said I want my money back and they said they dont give refunds they were going to fix it and bring it to me. After I said again that I dont want the washer the "Boss Rafael" said come back tomorrow for the money. The next day I went Rafael told me that he did not have the money come back Monday. Come Monday I went to get my money and he did not have it all. He was supposed to give me 189 and only gave me 178 , then said that all he has and that he is doing me a favor because they dont do refunds.
