The VT Guy

The entire experience started out great. We liked the people, the ideas and the products. The things that I didnt like were the fact that each item was quoted by different people. The reason we went to a place that does everything is so it was simple and easy and all done by one place. There is no sense of urgency with some of the people we dealt with. I am still waiting on pricing for a few things and it has been almost a week since I spoke to them. I told them their price was a little more than we were comfortable with and it was if I insulted them. I asked if they could get together and work on the pricing and all I got was attitude and offers to go to inferior products. Again I have not heard from them since that time. Its a shame we were ready to go on a really big job.

DO NOT let them deliver to your house. The first time they installed an oven in mine they were very careless and yanked the back of it up and bent it all up and left dents in the side. When we finally got a replacement the driver brought it in to the house on a dolley, scratched the entire driver side door of my car while doing so, left without telling me, then lied about it and claimed he went nowhere near my car when I watched him do it through my window. They are refusing to pay to fix it. Obviously the staff are inadequate and untrustworthy, I am completely disgusted.

By far the best appliance dealer in Metro Atlanta. Most appliance dealers just move boxes and then forget about you....GK actually cares about its customers and their relationships. Their service is second to none. They are a "throw back" company in regards to service and relationships which is very refreshing in todays "dollar first" world. I wont buy appliances any where else!!!
