Rio Appliances was very easy and professional to communicate with. They were also flexible with scheduling delivery and installation. We were sent an invoice before delivery and we paid upon delivery, and they uphold their promise of free installation and delivery- we paid the amount the invoice stated with no hidden fees. I had a combo washer and dryer delivered and installed for me - the employees who delivered the units were very professional. After installation I was explained the 90-days Warranty which include free repairs or replacement if needed. I have only had the machines for 2 days but I have done several loads of laundry in them ranging from small to extra large loads. Cosmetically, the machines looked well taken care of- there are very minor scratches and dents on the ones I purchased but overall looks very good for a used washer and dryer. The dyer worked really well and was very quick to heat up. On my third load in the washer, I started seeing water come out from the bottom of the washer- I cannot say if the water was coming out of the machine itself or the hose. We contacted Rio Appliances right away and they were able to come to our place that same night. Since it was pretty late at night, they ended up swapping the washer with another one. I have done a couple loads of laundry on the second washer and we are closely watching for any leaks under the washer or the hose - I will update this review upon major issues we come across. So far the the 5 stars come from the quick and professional customer service Rio Appliances provide. They uphold their promise of free repairs and replacement if needed.

Rio Appliances was very easy to work with, they were also flexible with scheduling delivery and installation. They sent me the pictures of the product and it was exactly what they promised. They uphold their promise of free installation and delivery. I had a washer delivered and installed for me - the employee who delivered the units was very professional. After installation I was explained the 90-days Warranty which include free repairs or replacement if needed. I faced some issue water 15 days and they came a fixed promptly, I would recommend them to anyone.

The only reason Im giving this company four stars instead of five was because of the amount of time it took to actually get someone out to my house. I basically chalk that up to Rio being a small business with not a lot of staff. However, once they were in my house they provide excellent service and had us up and running in no time!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs or replacement appliance.

Rio Appliances are exceptional with customer service. I showed up looking to replace my dryer that had stopped heating and instead of just trying to sell me something, they immediately tried to help me save some money and fix my favorite dryer. They were able to make the house call AND fix my dryer WAY cheaper than I was originally prepared for. They are amazing to work with and very honest. Highly recommend them.
