I get my prescriptions filled here but thats about it.. In my opinion this store is incredibly overpriced.. I walked around browsing waiting on my antibiotics to be filled last week and ended up in the womens clothing section, I love random jewelry and was going to get a couple of rings untill I looked at the prices.. There were a little cheap looking set of 2 or 3 plain pinkie rings (with literally nothing on them except one that was shaped a little different) I liked them and I figured theyd be $10 or under.. NOPE they were marked $50.. I was shocked and thought no this couldnt be right but it was because I priced the rings and jewelry that was on the same swivel thing I found the rings on and they were rediculously priced as well. I also usually get Benadryl this time of year, I usually do most of my shopping between Walmart an Kroger but since we just moved and Meijer is literally a minute from our house I thought Id start shopping there. I went to get some off brand Benadryl (equate brand) which is ALWAYS significantly cheaper than the brand name Benadryl, I usually get the 365 count for $6.03 at Walmart, so I looked at the prices and was once again unpleasantly surprised. They only had a Meijer brand and actual Benadryl to choose from so basically I could get their brand and pay $13.99 for a 365 count bottle or pay $12.49 for a 100 count bottle of Benadryl... So needless to say I had my fiance stop at Walmart on his way home lol The pharmacy is really good though...

I have had many good experiences at Meijer, but two really stand out as being way above and beyond the call of duty. First of all, several months ago, I stopped in to pick up just a few items. I was having money issues, and every method of payment was failing to authorize. The cashier sent me to customer service. After trying all the usual protocols, the customer service rep paid for my order out of her own pocket. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Second, today I went to the pharmacy to ask questions about a medication. The pharmacist took the time to talk to me for about ten minutes and answer all my questions. The medication questions she answered will impact everything in my life currently for the better. Im very impressed and thankful that Meijer employees seem to care about the customers.

Theyve made excellent upgrades to the store which, in my eyes, are highly functional and in many cases even pleasing to be around. The staff working around the electronics department on Saturday July 30th, 2016 was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Shamefully, I went to 3 other stores before Meijer. Kroger, Walmart and target all failed to keep stock of the item which I was looking for and fail to compare in the area of customer service, albeit acceptable. However this is a review on the experience Ive had at Meijer and I am not sure that I could be more pleased with what I experienced during my last adventure into the Meijer located in Moraine, Ohio on Springboro Pike.

Horrible experience there today. Every gallon of milk had an expiration date only 2 days out. Then I get to the front and there are no registers open except u scans. There were 3-4 employees just standing around the could have been running registers. I spoke with the manager and she said if it gets busy they need 2-3 people to keep an eye on the u scan lanes. If its busy enough for that, its busy enough to open more lanes. The curbside service is $10.00! Ridiculous. Walmart does it free. If I had used curbside I would have had milk that was almost expired. If it doesnt turn around soon I will be moving my business to Kroger.

Tiny, Short haired brunette at the jewelry counter told me I was weird for wanting to wear more than one ring as a man. They didnt have any mens rings for me to buy anyways. A few metal bands. Nothing with gemstones. They could do better in both the inventory and the attitude. Question: If you dont have something to attract men to the jewelry counter then why ever go there for our wives or girlfriends either? Why do you think that all men want to wear is a plain old band that has no bling? Its like your running a jewelry counter from 150 years ago. Men like to add a little flair to their appearance as well.

I have personally been shopping at this store for several years. The last couple years it has become very clear that they DO NOT want my money. They push you to do self-checkout even when I have over 60 items. This store rarely has enough cashiers (many times only one or sometimes none). On a few occasions I have personally spoken (and written) with management about these little issues. The only thing I have seen is they simply dont care, as nothing has improved. The good news - if you want groceries - there is a 24-hour Kroger right across the street. I encourage you to give Kroger your money.

I go out of my way to shop here. Their sales are better than kroger! Great quality meats. Women clothing are very cute and trendy decent prices! I wish they expanded their shoe dept. Add nike to their inventory. Surprisingly a lot of brand name items. My only problem is the empty shelves in the meat dept. Also in bedding I went to buy a comforter set and there were only 3 to choose from!!! The whole bedding aisle was wiped out. Also its hard to find employees to help. I have to walk across the store just to find someone!

I like shopping at this Meijer. I do best on getting more for my money at Meijer than other grocery stores. They usually have good sale ads and I like the mperks. They are usually well stocked, but if they run out of a sale item, its nice that you can get a rain check from the cashier, rather than having to go wait in a customer service line for rain checks. It can be difficult finding someone who can help you, when you need help, but other than that, I like Meijer.

This place is fairly well organized, they have decent prices and they are relatively complete in their offerings. The produce selection and quality are OK. As with most discount stores these days, getting help can sometimes be a chore but its not too bad. The customer service desk personnel are actually relatively helpful. The location on 741 is reasonably convenient. The parking is never a problem and safety is not an issue from what I can tell.

They get 2 stars today because the item ENSURE was tagged BUY 3 AND GET $3 OFF INSTANTLY. I asked 2 different employees. (Pharmacust and non-foods guy) about the special co sidering todat is the 12th. Instead og making sure the advertiaed special was honored they both simply stated it wont be honored. Pretty sure thats illegal?? I bought the 3 required for the discount or $3 off. I dud not get the discount as advertised. 6:04 pm 4/12/17

Their produce is often far too under-ripe or a very short time from going bad. They often move produce around, making it hard to find things on subsequent trips. They moved the pharmacy to the opposite side of the store from the groceries, so now you have to walk the entire store if you also need a tube of toothpaste while buying your food. The employees are usually fairly friendly. Ive never had a negative encounter with any of them.
