I returned a Xbox One to buy a PS4 because my grandson changed his mind for Christmas. The woman was very rude and stated that doing this is what is wrong with our generation. Then I spoke while she was returning and she told me You are going to have to be quiet for a minute. I will NEVER SET FOOT back in that GameStop,. During the holidays so far I have bought from 3 other GameStops and have been treated great. Just dont feel that the lady I spoke with should be in retail. As a customer I feel she had no right to say that to me.

The guys at this gamestop are awesome. I have bought here several times and have never had any issues. Theyre always super helpful and understanding. They also helped me clear up some issues regarding a preorder I placed for Metal Gear Solid 5 with another gamestop that closed down about a year ago. Great guys. Love their store.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The manager James is very helpful. The best store of the few in that area. Parking can be awful, but still better than the one in the mall by a large margin.
