Great service, honest and knowledgeable: I called a few TV repair places with a question about my TV and this was the only place I got a prompt and friendly answer. The technician was obviously very knowledgeable and answered all my questions over the phone. Instead of just trying to get me to bring it in so they could get money for looking at it, he gave me an estimate for a repair and recommended a much better option even though that meant he didnt get any money from me. He spent a long time talking to me and gave me a lot of good information. I have had some HORRIBLE experiences with other local TV repair guys. One other company tried to fix a small problem and completely destroyed the TV, then tried to charge me through the nose for it. I was so happy to find that I can now go to AV Electronics for good service.

AV Electronics is amazing and very fair. They fixed my Samsung 55" TV when everyone else had no clue. Samsung has a known problem this TV that might lead to a class action suit, but who has time to wait for that. AV electronics knew exactly what to do and had to replace and hand solder about 8 circuits and only charged me $150. They are trustworthy and experts at what they do. Before you give up and buy a whole new TV give them a chance.
