DONEZO….. It has been a struggle to get my dog groomed there the last five times. I call for an appointment. No appointment needed just come in. I bring him him, "Oh you dont have an appointment." Then when I insist on an appointment it is something else when I show up. My dogs vaccines are a couple weeks past due. Okay, I understand, I go get my dogs vaccines done, and then call for an appointment to come in and let them know I had them done on the phone and she said okay. I get there after calling for an appointment, wait 10-15 minutes for someone to come out and I CAN TELL BY THE LOOK ON LORIs FACE that she is going to come up with some excuse as to why she cant get to him today. Sure enough, as soon as she looks at the vaccines oh you have to wait 48 hours… Really? I just had him at the Vet. They just tested his blood for everything. He is completely fine. Even when they dont have the vaccines as an excuse they come up with some reason. When I walk in there Lori never looks like she is happy with her job. I dont recommend going there. And to top it off I was about to buy another one of their overpriced dog chew toys, and after this recent ordeal I went to Amazon and the same exact toy was less than half what Petco charges for it.

No problems with the store or staff. The groomers are good. The following is my review of LOVE MY PET. They run the "vet clinic" at this Petco. My dog (a 9 lb sweetie) was treated very badly by the Love My Pet" staff. They tried several times to get a blood sample. I have had dogs or 20 years and have never experienced such inefficiency. I did not receive notification of the results. When I called to complain, the phone system was inefficient. I waited nearly 40 minutes and the person I spoke to was rude. The postcard got "lost in the mail" "all animals are treated alike". No responsibility! No apology! Now that I have the results, I dont trust them and will have my dog re-tested at my vets as soon as I can afford it. I will NOT be giving them my business in the future and intend to post negative feedback wherever it is possible. Please dont subject your dog to this.

Ok so my wife and i had visited this location a few hours ago and upon leaving an employee named Tiffany approached my wife outside and porceeded to tell her that she has taken pictures of our car and sent them to her sister that is a sheriff because she felt the high back car seat is not safe enough for our child when i spoke with the manager Joan she not only tried to deny that she said that at all but also responed that we can not prove she took pictures. I really do not care if she did or not she had no business even approaching my car for any reason let alone take pictures without my concent for any reason. I ingormed the manager on duty Joan of the situation she did handle it professionally yet i do not agree with Tiffany not being fired for harassment. I will be in contact with corp about this if nothing gets done

I had my dogs nails trimmed the 1st or 2nd week of June, bought a 180 container of Quiet Moments calming aid (great for thunder storms and fire works) for my dog and did not realize till 7/1/17 that I left it at the store. Tiffany answered my call this evening and when she was not able to help me she asked an assistant manager who also was not able to help me. Tiffany put me on hold 1 more time and talked to the manager Karen who remembered putting the container away after we left. They are now holding it for us to pick up tomorrow. If Tiffany had not persevered I would have been out of around $25! (dont remember exact price but worth every penny) Thank you Tiffany and Karen!

I love Petco grooming, Ive been taking my Corgi there for 6 years. However, this last time I took him they changed the deshedding shampoo and it didnt do as good a job as the FURminator. For the 1st time ever I had to bring him back for another bath and deshedding. Not only that but my dog is allergic to the new shampoo they are using causing him to have a red rash all over his body. He isnt a big fan of the July humidity in Florida and he is now just completely miserable. I love the staff and will go back but next time I will be bringing in my own FURminator shampoo. Bring it back Petco it is an awesome product. (4 stars because of the change in shampoo).

Was a horrible experience I sat waiting for the "fish guy" for 25 min while he was talking to another customer waiting for a fish to come out from under a rock then he goes to help another customer (the guy he knew came after me but he went to counter and tried getting help there) I said something so he waits on me first and he then was short and not talkative to me at all and continued a conversation with the first guy while waiting on me I will now continue to drive past this store and go to pet smart I wont be giving my money to a store that cant appreciate all its customers

Great place to shop for all your animal needs. Trainers are great and always willing to give you advice without over-marketing theyre training programs. Took my sweet loving red nose pit bull to get his nails trimmed and buffed with the groomers. I walked in and they were able to help us immediately. They were really gentle and professional and not only put our dog at ease but me as well. Fairly priced.

Poor customer service this is the second time I have used a coupon and my dog didnt like the product. So when I returned the item my coupon was no longer usable. They have a very good dog trainer there named Susan and after I am finished with his class I am finding myself another pet store. I want to give no stars but unfortunately I have to give one star at least. I am totally disappointed with this petco

Better than Petsmart! I mostly shop for fish, and this store has much better tank conditions, wider plant varieties (Though make sure to read labels, the terrarium and aquatic plants come in similar containers) and their bettas are in decent shape, Ive stumbled across some beautiful ones you normally wouldnt find outside of a breeders stock. Overall, its pretty good.

The store itself is mediocre at best, with limited selection of supplies and sometimes hard to find staff members. However, the dog trainer Susan makes this pet store worth visiting. She is a top-notch trainer with loads of experience and is always willing to take time to help you with a dog/puppy problem. The puppy training classes are worth every cent you pay.

Lousy management, at least they dont act like they hold a management position based on our experiences with them. The regular associates act more like management and are totally awesome. Im not the one to name drop anyone, but someone needs to monitor the management and set them straight.
