HORRIBLE GROOMING! We took our dog there for grooming - they cut him horribly--I will gladly share the gory picture. They mentioned they had "nicked" him, but it was not big deal. When I asked to use their bathroom, I saw at least 6 paper towels COVERED IN BLOOD. The thought crossed my mind, "was that our dogs blood?" But I could only see the small nick on his neck, which was not huge. Then... when I got him home, his ear was sore... I expect some soreness when they pull the hair from the ears, but then he started shaking his head and then the blood started to flow again from the gash in his ear. I had to shave his ear to get to the wound (so I could stop the bleeding). The wound was caked in that powdered blood stop crap. I ended up taking him to the vet just to check. They gave him antibiotics and said I had done a perfect job with the cleaning and care of the wound. I called and complained to the staff/counter person, especially since my once groomed dog had more than a "nick" and now had 1 shaved ear, but the store owner did not even bother to call and apologize. NEVER USE THIS Woof Gang Bakery Delands GROOMER if you care about your pet----HORRIBLE!!!!!!

I have walked in for their service several times before however this time i called ahead of time to ask about prices for my goldens bath and nails trimmed and the lady and i talked for 20 minutes over the phone and she wasnt very helpful with my questions . Then when i walked in with my card and dog the lady barley looked at me over her laptop and stated "i dont accept walk ins and you never asked about an appointment over the phone i just gave prices , come back when you have an appointment especially on a weekend " she could have said that she didnt accept walk ins over the phone when we were talking for 20 minutes. But if i was going to spend $50 i expect staff to be nice if not civil to their clients . I will never walk back in this Deland store again

Took my Pomeranian Benjy here yesterday to be groomed since our original groomer was on vacation. I am pretty pleased with their grooming service. Only downside is a couple of nicks on my dogs "sanitary area" but that was kind of expected because hes a difficult to groom puppy. Prices are fairly good as well. Only $27 for a mini groom. Brian the guy at the cash register was really kind and helpful to us. Wouldnt mind coming here again at all.

They have an excellent set of groomers there and a great variety of healthy foods! The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about their foods and treats. They are also very willing to special order foods for you if they do not carry it. The groomers always do a great job on my two big goofy dogs!

Brian is super helpful over there. He always makes sure to order in my goldendoodles food on time. They have a great selection of dog treats and food. There groomers also do a great job. I am always happy when I pick my girl up.

Good treats they have grooming and doggy day care as well. But when we got dog biscuits the cashier charged us extra so watch out.
