Ive used and recommended GotPrint for years and they are wonderful. Glad the Kentucky location ships quickly to us in Indiana! Industry-leading prices, fast turnaround, and I can always get a hold of the customer service reps, both in production and billing. They all deserve a bonus, in all my experience, they have courteously and quickly resolved issues and taken questions. Its also clear their internal processes are well-coordinated, a rep can always tell me where my order is in the production process, or what may alter production time by how many days. I have talked up GP for a long time and will continue to do so.

"Very poor quality product and disgraceful customer service. Ordered business cards with online designer, they arrived completely off centre and looked unprofessional. I sent an email to Gotprint with full information then was asked for all the information again. Second email I sent was ignored. I then decided to chase up via live chat facility on website and was told I would get a coupon code for the full value. I then received an email saying I could only get a 50% coupon code. Totally unacceptable to send me a poor quality product and then have this incredibly poor customer service and tell me I cant have a refund. "

Terrible company. Made me a great job offer, let me quit my other job. Once I was on site for my first day, changed the terms wed previously agree to. Beware, worst most underhanded experience Ive ever had.
