I am a Fairfield resident and have used this UPS Store numerous times. Please note that this review is based on a number of encounters and not one experience. I have always found the staff to be lovely, helpful, courteous and resourceful. All of my items shipped successfully without complication including items I returned. (Of course, I have always been offered appropriate receipts and tracking information.) I have always had a positive experience and I have come to appreciate their willingness to help me solve packaging and shipping solutions. I would absolutely recommend them without hesitation and I plan on using them for my shipping needs whenever possible. I could not be more happy with this awesome UPS Store!!!

I went to this store to ship and pack a painting. I called a ups store to get a quote before I brought the item in. The quote was from a different ups store but we decided to go here since it was on our way. We mistakenly thought the prices were the same for all stores. The price she quoted was nearly 2x higher. I asked how can that be? The clerk just shrugged and said she didnt know. We left taking the item with us. Went to the store that gave us the original quote and were happy to get our item shipped 50% cheaper. Ill never go there again!

The place is nice and clean. I felt some tension in the air upon my visit which made me a little uncomfortable. The young lady working the counter seemed to be new and had no personality. I spent about $80 on boxes and packing supplies and didnt even get a thank you or any acknowledgement of doing business there. Ive been to other UPS Stores, so I know first hand that this is not the norm. The store looks great, but needs some smiles and a true appreciation for the customer. Dante Jackson

The one positive review is obviously a fake review. THE GUY WHO RUNS THIS STORE IS AN #$%$#! He is outright RUDE. He WILL NOT give a receipt unless prodded, and then complains. I asked him why he felt the need to be such a jerk - and he THREW ME OUT OF THE STORE. If it was just me - that would be one thing - but EVERYONE THINKS HE IS A D#$%

Absolutely the worst ups store Ive ever been to. The bad part is its the owner that makes this such a terrible place. If you want terrible customer service and dealing with someone who hates life then go here. If you want treated right skip here and go to the one on Princeton rd. This place needs shut down.

Rude! They refuse to issue receipts for prepaid shipping labeled packages. Those packages are then left in an open unattended bin away from the counter.
