HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had an issue with a print job earlier in the day and had a deadline to meet, so I came to this location a 5:30pm to get my issue fixed. Upon walking in, I was helped by a young lady who I explained my issue to, she assured me that it would be about an hour until they can get my issue with printing fixed, which was fine. After waiting an hour to just explain what I needed to get fixed and to give her my current copies, another lady told me to call back in an hour for an update. I called back within that hour and she told me that my order would be ready closer to closing time (8:30/8:45pm). I came back at 8:45pm to find the employee working on other customers work and that my order had been untouched. I waited for another 20 minutes (it closes at 9pm) for her to acknowledge me and it wasnt until I asked her about my order that she told me that she would not be able to get it done. After waiting over THREE hours, she was now telling me that my order would not be ready and had no regards for the fact that I had a deadline. She could care less about my order, so I took back my books and had to drive across town to a 24 hour FEDEX where they were able to fulfill my order. The employee, Renee was very rude and wasted not only my time, but my money. I will never go back to this location again, and I do not recommend you go either.

I went in to print, fill out and scan some paperwork to upload to a website. After finishing the printing and scanning with no issue I had troubles uploading the PDF to the website. I tried multiple times, over several minutes, without being able to upload it. At this point I went to the desk to ask Jarrod for help. He came to the computer I was working on and said "Its because you are using Firefox not Explorer." I asked why, if I cant use Firefox, is it an option on the computer or why isnt it posted that I shouldnt use it? He then told me that I would need to "take that up with FedEx." After pointing out that he is indeed representing FedEx he said "No I dont. I own my own business. I only work here part time." He was incredibly rude and very unhelpful. We did get with Dominique, who worked with me to find a solution and refunded me for the time spent on the computer. Jarrod should have it explained to him that no matter if he works there 5 hours a week or 40+, he is representing the company when he is on the clock. And a little bit of customer service training would do him some good too.

Horrible customer service and dumb policies. They wanted to charge me $5 for filler even though the box was shipped to me via FedEx in the same manner. They asked me what was inside, not sure they are allowed to do that. But I told them I was returning some shoes and it wasnt delicate. I saw them throwing away paper in the back and asked if I could use it and they still refused. I left frustrated and still with my box. Will be going to the other side of town to hopefully get proper treatment.

WORST SHIPPING LOCATION EVER!! I called and pre-coordinated a package to arrive and be held for me because I needed it to be waiting for me while I was in Atlanta. I was guaranteed it would be held for me. Well, I checked the online package tracking and the status said REJECTED by this store and returned to sender. Now I have to figure out where my package went and I will not have what I need when I get to Atlanta. I would give zero stars if possible. DO NOT GIVE THIS STORE YOUR BUSINESS!

I went at 8:00 am in the morning prior to my job Interview at 9:45 am. Needless to say ask for Jason with the dreadlocks. He was amazing and quick. I printed my resume & some for my wife too. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes. I would come again especially if I could get Jason. Also before I left he said I hope you get the job and your suit looks nice. Thank you Jason and Camp Creek Fed Ex Office!

Awful service! This is the closest fedex to my house so I go there often. Everytime I go to this fedex I have horrible service. Today I waited 20mins to drop off a prepaid package and there were only two people in line, then they helped the gentleman behind me before I could reach the counter. Extremely disappointed, but I knew better because the last time I was here I recieved simillar service.

Ive been here a few times for print services or shipping. Ive always left happy with the service. If the staff seems gruff just be polite and theyll be pretty nice. From what Ive seen they take a lot of abuse from local customers. Theyve gone out of their way to help me before. I have to take off a star because sometimes they move pretty slowly but overall its solid.

Ive had the same exact negative experiences as the ones outlined in the other negative reviews. I no longer go to this location, although its the closest one to me. Every time Ive gone Ive had to contend with an extreme lack of professionalism. There will not be a next time; Im done. These folks have no business acumen or home training.

I live in the area. So I come to this one often. However, NOT often am I met with a good friendly attitude. Once there was a girl who was pretty friendly in the past, but for the most part, Im met with an attitude. #fixit

Quick service when it wants to work. The self service printer kept breaking down and would not work with cloud services properly. Otherwise everything was flawless.
