I was previously a business mailbox customer at this UPS location. After three calls to renew my business mailbox were not returned, I assumed UPS had already processed the auto renewal I had requested several times. Unfortunately they had not and amazingly weeks later I received a new bill with a $5 late fee added. As UPS failed to renew my account before its expiration despite my my multiple requests before the expiration, I was unwilling to pay a fee for their mistake. They claimed that the reason they did not return my repeated phone calls was "due to store remodeling / maintenance". It was a frustrating experience to only be able to pay "voicemail tag" with a service I am a paying customer for. I have no idea if they kept my mail or disposed of it during this time but to the best of my knowledge none of it was returned to sender yet I did not receive it either. When I did use this location they routinely gave me other peoples mail and did not ever check my ID when I picked up mail for my box. This is disappointing to a business owner paying hundreds of dollars per year for a mail service because I have no guarantees that a random person off the street couldnt walk in and get my mail. Despite posted hours, this location sometimes closes early so even when I was a customer it was very difficult to pick up my mail at the end of the work day. Its a small business and sometimes they are not actually there during posted hours which is frustrating for a business owner with limited time to devote to things like picking up mail. Parking downtown before / after the business day to get mail is very difficult as well. Most street parking is not permitted during rush hours and sometimes you have to park far away or pay for a garage just to spend two minutes grabbing mail. They are friendly people but I believe there are numerous improvements that could be made in terms of professionalism, security, and priority for their business customers. Until then, I recommend avoiding this UPS for private mailbox services and instead utilizing USPS if possible or another private mailbox company that handles contract renewals properly, validates the person picking up mail, and has hours beyond normal business hours in a busy downtown for after hours pickups.

Terrible! We needed to print a document from a flash drive and the computer, the only way to print, was out of order. The man working was absolutely unqualified to do his job. First, we attempted to ship a book. He charged us for the bubble packaging we needed before telling us how much the shipment would cost, so when we did not end up shipping the book we had lost that money, because the packaging we bought had already been used. To ship a regular, novel-sized book we were quoted $23 to California. He mentioned that "its because everything costs more in California". He also said that USPS would be $45! No way! When we mentioned that the cost must be wrong, he simply turned his monitor around, as if to challenge us on the issue. It seemed very impolite and unprofessional. Needless to say, we decided not to ship the book. I also attempted to ship a bass guitar, which he thought didnt need a box for some reason. When mentioned that we did need a box, he became frustrated and said they didnt have any boxes large enough. Then he said he would look it up online based on the dimensions we needed, and found that they had a box downstairs. Unfortunately, he measured wrong and the box still was not the correct size - it was not long enough. He taped up one end, then when the other end wouldnt close cleanly he just bent the cardboard, got frustrated and turned to us and asked if that was alright. Of course that isnt alright! This UPS store makes the whole company look terrible. I went around the corner to FedEx, who were knowledgeable and polite, and cheaper!

I dont normally write reviews, but the customer service I received today at the UPS Store on Vine Street in downtown Cincinnati today was exemplary! The two gentlemen who were on duty today (Sean and Taylor) each went above and beyond their duties to ensure that a special birthday present was mailed to my sister in Cleveland. At one point, I left the store and left an item unpacked. The employees called me and volunteered to personally repack the box to include the item that I had accidentally left out of the box. I never mentioned to them why the package was so uniquely important to me, but my mom passed away a couple weeks ago and I wanted to ensure that my sister did not "feel" alone on her birthday. The point is these guys helped as much as they did without even knowing why the package was so important, and I would like to thank them and UPS for their service.

I am so thankful for the UPS Store. For me, it is safer than going to the local post office in my area without having to worry about if someone will mug me. To be honest, I won’t go back to that particular post office again. Also, I do not have to worry about missing packages for I receive an e-mail that I have a package for pickup. I can call to check to see if I have mail as well. The hours of operations fit my needs and no reason to complain about anything whatsoever. Another excellent reason to go to this location: The staff is super nice and it feels genuine and not fake whatsoever. It feels good when they call me by my first name and remember my box number. Thank you for all that you do and more.

I have had terrible experiences with this UPS Store when I tried to used it as an access point. Twice they have told me that they dont have my delivery when it clearly states on the website that they have it and after calling the corporate office they actually have signed for it. Both times they end up sending the deliveries back and demonstrated poor customer service.

A package was lost and I had a terrible time with UPS corporate customer service over the phone. Amy at this location was able to expedite my resolution. I am so glad to have been able to work with this team!
