I lost my phone and had to visit this Sprint location today to get a replacement in addition to adding another line to my plan. Jimmy was the only person in the store when we arrived (shortly after they opened) and was already helping customers who were already in the store. He did a phenomenal job at assisting those customers while making sure he was assisting us simultaneously, answering all the questions we had and addressing the concerns we were unsure of as it pertained to adding a line to my plan and purchasing new phones. He continued helping us and each customer that came into the store without complaint despite being busy enough to realistically keep 3 employees busy. Hats off for the next level customer service and intentionality of making sure every person in the store was being helped and get attended to - multitasking with customer focus and not missing a beat.

Whitney and Kevin were the two nicest and most helpful Sprint Store employees Ive ever met. They politely and easily answered all my questions, have positive attitudes, and were very professional. I wish more customer service employees were this considerate. The store is in an easy-to-access location, has tidy displays, and is overall clean, comfortable, and business-like. I will definitely stop in to visit when I have future Sprint needs.

I recently bought a case for me and my wife and i decided to return or exchange mine on the same day because it wasnt to friendly with my zagg screen protector.. Waited over 20min for the lady at the register to tell me she couldnt do anything to help because the boss wasnt their and had to come back when he was! I dont know how you can operate a business when a customer has to figure out when the boss is coming to work..

They handled my problem really well I went to the tri county sprint store sucks omg I hate that stupid people they told me I cant have two line added to my current plan so I want to another one and they handled it well I love this store next to Fairfield.
