Very very rude behaviour by staff. I am writing this review right away standing outside the door. It was on new year eve and I reached this store at 4:50pm and they wanted to close by 5:00 pm. Before the woman wanted to lock the door I rushed in and explained that I was waiting here outside in my car talking with my friend after looking at the queue. She did not at least let me in and told me that she wanted to check with other person. Meanwhile I stepped inside and was standing near the door as It was 29F outside and too windy. Then another staff person came to me and shouting-"we are closed go outside". I was telling that its ok I will leave I am just waiting for the other person to check what she can do. And then a guy walked toward me like if he is going to hit me and yelled at me- "sir you have to leave I am not going to repeat it again " by pointing finger outside. They dont even have the patience to listen what the customers are saying. first we are humans at least one should know how to respect others. When I asked for contact information of store manager and that guys name. He is shouting "go and Google ". Thanks for the idea, I did the same and it showed me a way to reach out to someone who can take care that it should not be repeated to any other person.

I walked out of the store with a cell phone and tablet after making it clear and being assured that my monthly budget limit of $80.00 would not be exceeded. The only documents I had were the 2 foot long receipt and a piece of paper with 3 numbers on it. I wondered as I drove away why the sales associate didnt recommend any protective covers that would be best suited for my devices. Now the nightmare begins! I was informed that all of the documentation of the transactions would be e-mailed to me and indeed they were. I looked at the e-mail and had to re-read the numbers several times because the agreement of $80 per month was $186 per month. I called the store and talked to the sales associate and let him know there was a problem and he wanted me to forward the e-mail to him and I did. But he never called me back and when several days later I called him and he claimed he had never received the e-mails. Today 4/4/2017 I paid my Sprint bill. It was $68.37. Next month I found out my Sprint bill will be $266 and then it settles into the $186 per month status. There is more to this nightmare but the good news is Im returning both devices. Too much of my time, and all of it wasted!

Theyre quick as molasses pouring on a subzero day. Even when youre the only person in the store, they still appear to busy themselves behind their glass wall. When you get your golden ticket approved you must sit on their marble benches (or is it Formica?)for 15 minutes minimum while they taunt you of committing small misdemeanors against them when they shuffle new customers in front of you in the same fashion. They know you wont commit such crimes as your phone lays in their fate. After, you wait on the verdict of no phone for an hour to hear that it still wont be resolved til the end of the week. You vow to yourself none of your seed will ever marry a Sprintarian and bolt from the establishment like they can feel the whoosh of air from your non-door-slam-because-its-on-delayed-hinge fury! #SprintBlowsButYouNeedYourPhone

Wouldnt even give them one star. Took me 3 hours to deem my phone needed to be sent to repair center while I waited with my 3 small children. Also this was my third Sprint store stop that day since my local store did not have a tec and kenwood did not have loaner phones. So it took me 5 hours for this whole process!!! Then when my replacement phone was shipped to the store....it is no where to be found. After several calls to the store, no manager available, and no returned calls I called Asurion. When calling asurion, the insurance co, they confirmed sprint signed for the package 5 days ago. After Asurion called the store they still could not locate the phone because they were behind on opening packages?!?!? Not sure why I am staying with Sprint, absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Would give ZERO stars if I could. Just called the store. The lady who answered the phone only said hello. Not that saying hello is bad however it did throw me off when I was expecting a "thank you for calling Sprint". I hesitated and said, hello is this the sprint store? She said yes.... Im with a customer. I then said " I understand, I was only wanting to know if you do screen repair at your location. My son dropped his phone and broke his screen". She said "I dont know and HUNG UP ON ME". No.... "can I put you on hold and check?" Can I take your number and call back? Nothing... and just hung up. And how in world did she not know if they did screen repairs. All I needed was a yes or no! . Horrible customer service experience as first time ever calling my place. Horrible and rude.

I think theyre annoyed by their own jobs, and take it out on customers. Tried calling ahead from the other Sprint store, but they put their own other store on hold. Getting short with people, and rolling eyes wasnt part of the job description Im sure, but they deserve a bonus. They went "in the back to check" for a sim card, for a total of 30 seconds, and it seems like they looked "everywhere" for it, but couldnt find one. Then it was a chore for them to switch the activated phone back to the old one. Not to mention some associates had 2-3 customers, while others had none. If i had a quarter I heard "Im just a host", Id have enough to pay for actual service. P.S. How does a phone store not have a sim card for my phone if they sell brand new phones of the same type?

VERY SLOOOOOWWWWW service. Long wait times. Miscommunication among associates. Mis-diagnosis on my device causing me to pay for an insurance replacement when it was a manufacture error... Took another phone in for diagnosis twice in one week.. never got a call back.. had to call them to find out they changed my phone out with another.. NEVER EVEN CONTACTED ME (i gave them an alternate number)... now im sitting on hold AGAIN....4 minutes in... smh... Not to mention all of the other time consuming encounters ive had at this store... and the outrageous charges and rates... I left T-MOBILE for THIS?.... apparently they are both playing for the same team... ugh.. cant wait to leave Sprint...

If I could give -100 stars for this store I would!! After being down once with a problem they send me 2 batteries which dont fix the problem (no water damage). Go back so they clean out my charger port and tell me that if that doesnt fix the problem there isnt any water damage so to bring it back and they will replace it. Well I get it home and its even worse than when I brought it in. I bring it back the very next day and they tell me there is water damage there is nothing they could do. I took it to another shop today who told me there is no water damage I will be seeing these guys in small claims court soon!
