I had an unfortunate incident at this Cracker Barrel in Forest Park, Ohio. I came in to pick up an order and stood under the sign that said To Go and Pick Up. As I waited the woman behind the counter was waiting on a lady and looked at me and said. I have to wait on her first now, I said, I see that. She then said I thought you were going to ask me a question. Im like, is she serious?? I had not opened my mouth to say anything but this woman had decided that she wanted to talk down to me as if I was a child. I go to Cracker Barrel often. What if I did want to ask a question?? Is this not allowed??? This one incident has left a sour taste in my mouth. I did contact the manager, John who was very supportive and said he would pass this on to the general manager. I talked to the general manager whos name is Scott and he was apologetic but for some reason Im still just not satisfied even after talking to him. He seemed to think that because the manager took off 50% of a meal that I shared with my friends the next day should have been sufficient enough to make me forget about the way I was treated by their employee, named Marcy. I could care less about that. My dignity and pride mean a lot more and I do plan to contact Cracker Barrels corporate office to air my concerns regarding this particular Cracker Barrel.

I always used to enjoy Cracker Barrel. No more. This visit was just plain awful. The floors were filthy with garbage, and we had to wipe off our chairs before we sat down to the table. The bus person was slamming dishes around making so much noise that we could not hold a conversation or hear our waitress taking our order. This same bus person was clearing several tables and at one point slopped some kind of liquid down my back and in my hair. I would have walked out had I not been there with family from out of town .

Waitress was AMAZING AND VERY NICE. JULY 26,2016 Food has absolutely NO FLAVOR. i ordered blueberry pancakes got regular no big deal just sent them back. Then i ordered turkey bacon and got sliced ham the manager came out to dictate to me while rolling his eyes and shrugging his shoulders that it was in fact turkey bacon, it comes presliced and so some slices will be thicker then the others..... It wasnt it was ham turkey doesnt have spirals in them and taste like disgusting pork. Ill stick to ihop.

This reviews from yesterday May 28th at 9 We came in very nice customer service rep very fast seating but just very upset about how they had us wait 20 minutes to even get served and start serving someone else that just sat down so me and my husband just left and went to another restaurant is very disappointment that it ruined our date night he hasnt been home for a while from the military and I was hoping to have some quality time here since this is his favorite restaurant

Usually a good experience. Not today.. Came in to try a signiture item on the wrong day ( my fault).. I wasnt told that I wouldnt receive that until after my 3 friends received their food.. proceeded to order a salad,, took an extra 15-20 mins.. of course my food came after all my friends food was gone.. Not even good service to check on their food and refills... usually love this place, not today..

Im a huge fan of comfort food, and Cracker Barrel is the king of comfort food as far as chains are concerned. Ive never received bad service at this location (a few new people in training still working out the kinks but I never fault them when they are learning) and I do frequent this location quite a bit. The food is always on point. Weekend waits can get a bit long, but its worth it.

Stopped in at 3:30 pm on sunday 1/24/2016. Was seated as soon as we came in. Then sat for 15 minutes without anyone else saying or doing anything. We left and informed the seating people what happened......not typical of any cracker barrel I have been in. Went to get a sip of water no water fountain on way out. Is this cracker barrel going out of business?

We found the food to be delicious as always. The waiters & waitresses are friendly and helpful. Weve eaten here since this Cracker Barrel opened. In all those years, weve never had a bad experience or had food that was less than tasty. I, also, enjoy shopping at their country store. Thank you for providing a place with so much charm and atmosphere!

got here around 11 am. it wasnt a very good breakfast for me. I ordered the egg white omelet with country ham. first off the ham looked old and it looked like it had been thrown in the microwave, the hash browns also looked like theyd been standing for a while, nothing seemed fresh. omelet was small. for 12.27 Ill take the lost and go somewhere else.

Ordered breakfast the forgot too order my pancakes, then my sister ordered food to go and the entire order was incorrect. Sister takes the order back to get the order right, they finally get the right and she asks for her receipt and takes a half hour to get it, the original was thrown away. This is not the Cracker Barrel that it used to be.

Lackluster service. They were already doing the closing work at 8:30 p.m. when theyre open till 11. They closed one of two fountain stations and limited the beverage selection. The food was lukewarm and our server was a ghost. The food did taste good, however it could have been much better served at the correct temperature.

With a family of 9 we had to wait only 15 minutes for our table on a Saturday night. On this night competitions like, "Smokey Bones and Roosters" had a 1 hour wait time. The restaurant was clean and the staff was taxed, but friendly. The environment was very enjoyable, and our waitress was very knowledgeable of the menu.

Was so very disappointed with my meal, but more with my service. No drink refills, no biscuits with meal, asked for them to go got cornbread...asked for water never got it. So sad always loved Cracker Barrel and will give them another chance, but the place just didnt even feel the same...

Ehhh...we were hungry and basically got an average meal at best. My chicken was warm, not hot. Mashed potatoes were room temperature and the server mixed up my order. Only got 1 biscuit and 1 piece of cornbread for 2 of us. Oh well.

Worse service out of any cracker barrell that ive been to. Food came out luke warm and took forever to get the food after waiting 20 mins to even get our order in. Inside was nasty, floor dirty and greasy. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE

A great place to stop in and eat. We were seated as soon as we got in. The waiters were very nice and polite. The food came very fast and it was an enjoyable meal. It was all very affordable and was overall a fantastic place to eat.

We came here on Friday for my mothers 85th birthday. It was very busy but the management and staff were very accommodating. We had a wonderful time and appreciate the good food and service. We were a group of 18 at a busy time.
