I used the walk up pharmacy today. There was a blond woman who was in training there. She had a smile the entire time, was incredibly friendly and when I told her I couldnt wait the 20 minutes for my medicine due to being on break she went and asked the pharmacist if they could get it done earlier. The pharmacy staff rushed my meds and I was out of there with ALL THREE medications in less than 10 minutes. Amazing staff and I cant thank them enough. I will forever use this pharmacy.

I like Krogers of all the grocery stores in the Canton area. I would shop there more, but its way on the other side of town. When I go I stock up. Prices seem to be below some competitors. I like that they mark down some of their products near expiration, this gives me a chance to try products I may not buy, at a reduced price. I may add by getting this bargain, Ive found that I have discovered a new product; & have purchased later at isnt regular price.

I always have the BEST experience when shopping at this Kroger. I consider it my home away from home and I feel like I know most of the employees there. The customer service is outstanding, excellent, remarkable, and unsurpassed and I would highly recommend to my friends and family to go here for food and other goods. This is my MOST favorite Kroger!

Customer service satisfaction. Clean. Cashiers do their job well. Prices you cant compare very economical. Give coupons you can use for products you already purchase. Shop and get gas rewards. Gas station on site of store. Bank of America in store and pharmacy. Staff friendly always willing and available to assist.

I shopped here maybe around 11 pm. I guess after certain hours they rope off every cash register so you have no choice but to use self check out. I didnt like that. Plus, I decided that I would need a cart so because they rope all cash registers off I had to walk through a maze to go back out and get a cart.

Ray and others on the front end of the store are simply wonderful, helpful employees. They, especially Ray, care about the experience you have shopping at the store. I truly feel my business is appreciated and look forward to seeing everyone as I do my grocery shopping. The pharmacy is great too!

This Kroger seems to have much better customer service than the other Krogers in the area. It has a weird set up which makes it a little hard finding things until you get use to it. Even with it being more difficult to navigate I choose to go here because of the friendly and helpful employees.

This store has run down the past few years. Product in produce and meat look bad, place looks dirty. The most annoying thing would have to be the vultures selling car cleaning products at the gas station. I dont even have a chance to step out of my vehicle before they are looking at me.

Dirty restroom, small isles, products I shop, mostly out of stock. And...if I purchased $40.00 worth of beer, etc...I receive no fuel rewards. This is just wrong. I am directly speaking the kroger in the prominance point area on Marietta Hwy

One of the smaller Kroger stores. They didnt have the protein powder that another Kroger carries but the lady at the register took my name and number and said they would try to get it in their store. Always friendly and helpful.

Polite and courteous staff. Clean and well organized isles. The meat department tends to be out of commonly purchased items a little too often, such as ground beef and types of poultry or I would have given 5 stars.

This manager came up to me while I was riding a motor shopping cart because of my sprained knee. She made me get off the cart because apparently the carts are for "18 and disabled" people.

Very friendly staff but out of stock on a lot of things. Very comfortable chairs to sit in up-front when you have to wait for somebody else to do the shopping and your knees hurt
