Id leave a negative star if possible. The store and best buy in general are the worst. We ordered over $3,000 in appliances. The first oven/cooktop did not fit. They took it back and then had the audacity to say that they never took it! Left the charge on our card and we were stuck with a bill and NO APPLIANCES. Had to go to the store, re order (this took over an hour) and schedule an installation. Installation day comes - except it was just a delivery. We paid for installation and now our appliances are sitting in our garage. The delivery person said someone will be back later to install - more lies. First appointment to install the appliances - no one showed up - more lies! Two guys showed up a week later to install the appliances - they were totally incompetent and unable to install the appliances!! Now we STILL have appliances in our garage. When you call the store you sit on hold for 30 minutes, explain your story and someone will "call you back in 5-10 minutes" but that never happens. This is the WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE. I Will NEVER do business with best buy again. I am going to the store to drop off the appliances and get my money back.

Brett was my sales person for Bose and Sonos TV sound bars/speakers on 3/4/17. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I did not buy the product(s) because of the price, but will another time. He did cash me out on my external hard drive purchase and provided literature for the TV items that I was interested in. Your people (like Brett) should be on commission so that guys like him are rewarded—while the slackers (playing on their phones or wandering around aimlessly) are negatively reinforced or fired. I owned a lot of BBY (your stock) in the last 3 years and sold it all because of poor management of this company nationwide. Your approach to human resources, as described above re: incentives, reflects the corporate culture/management mentality and represent one of the reasons you do not thrive! BTW, I am a Ph.D. in organizational research and consulted on 4 continents for 25 years!

Geek squad made an appointment to work on my stereo at 10 AM on a Thursday. It snowed yet I was able to make it from 45 minutes north and no one bothered to call me or even attempt to reschedule my appointment. First red flag... I called and rescheduled myself and the geeksquad employee scheduled me for 10 AM sunday. I showed up to locked doors yet again. I banged on the front door and the assistant manager came out to talk to me. He told me they didnt open until 11 (doors say 10-7 and I was scheduled for 10...) and treated ME like the idiot. Ive spent thousands of dollars here, I expect more. I will be cancelling my best buy credit card and I will never spend another dime in a best buy. Maybe this is why so many best buys are failing

Not greeted upon entry. Consistently understaffed and poorly merchandised. No energy or excitement in a store full of todays hottest technology. Only 4 employees covering the entire sales floor, 1 cashier and 1 at customer service counter. Items are rarely replenished or downstocked when main facing is depleted. Employees are not engaging and simply have a clerk mentality vs. introduction, asking qualifying questions and finding a solution to the customers needs. Store has many weeds; items scattered about the store, laying on deck plates, that belong in other departments. Overall, not a pleasurable experience for the customer. I left and went to Target which is located in the same plaza.

Went to on labor to return a tv that wasnt the quality I was truly looking for. Not going into detail on tv as I am writing my review on the store itself.. I walked in dreading the return process and within moments of getting to counter I was greeted by a gentleman named Marshall who I must say made my morning!!! Not only did he take care of my issue, he made it a painless return process and I couldnt be happy that I chose to go to the Canton store. I can not remember the names of everyone else who helped but Im positive if you chose this bestbuy to go to you will NOT leave unhappy!!! Thank you again Marshall & the bestbuy team!!

Upon purchasing a new laptop I was told they could do data transfer from my old laptop in 3-5 days. After 5 days I got a call saying they are backed up and the data is transferring so it will depend on how long it takes for the hard drive to upload the data. REALLY?! I would prefer honesty and just tell me you havent started on it yet. People arent stupid. It only takes minutes to transfer a few files and documents. It will never transfer until you start working on it. If your swamped I get it and I can live with it. Dont insult my intelligence. Wont purchase anything else at the canton store

Horrible place with atrocious customer service. They lied straight to our face about an insurance policy for a cell phone and didnt follow through. The assistant manager of the store was completely out of line and wouldnt even offer us an apology for how one of his employees treated us. They didnt even ask for our names and wouldnt help us but made sure to insult us by off-base, false accusations. If you dont want to be treated like a number and sold worthless warranties/protection policies by corporate scam artists, I highly recommend you shop else where.

Everyone inside is very nice and helpful except this one girl who works in customer service/Geek Squad that stares at everyone all the time and gives them dirty looks. I dont know what her deal is but shes there all the time. The people in the TV department are so helpful and not pushy at all. The video game expert girl is super cool too. Ive bought a new washer and dryer, microwave, refrigerator, and two TVs from them in the past 4 years. The Best Buy card is AWESOME. Never paid interest on a single purchase.

Everyone seemed nice selling us the phones. They detoured us from buying Verizons insurance and using GeekSquad. They totally misrepresented their insurance plan. Dont make the mistake of purchasing their cell phone insurance. It is awful. When we bought the phone we were told that it would cover water, drops etc. As long as we didnt deliberately do the damage. Word to wise make them show you the service plan printed out. DO NOT TRUST SALES PEOPLE

Bought a MacBook Air along with a Majic Mouse from this location. The mouse went bad a couple of months later. Took it back today and they would not exchange it. Told me 15 days were up. 15 days???? Said maybe the manufacture had a warranty. I said, I guess I should have bought it at the manufacture. Note to self: Never buy Apple products from Best Buy!!! Strike that... Note to self: Never shop at Best Buy again! You Suck Best Buy!!!!

I dont normally write bad reviews but this location is terrible. Everything about my visit was terrible. I got help concerning an issue, he recommended a $60.00 item, and when I got home (I live an hour away) it didnt work. Then while in store I was purchasing an item that clearly stated the price under a stack of them, and it ended up being WAY more. They refused to accommodate me, and basically told me I was SOL.
