Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere! I have given this store way too much of my business. The Assistant Manager Steve and the older lady Donna who work there have been unfriendly on several occasions - today was the worst ever! When I questioned Staples policies about an exchange I was making (and I was spending more money in the end) they were totally helpless to do anything for me because of Staples computer system. Steve raised his voice at me several times and made a big scene in front of all the other customers, the more questions I asked the more agitated he became, slamming things around and giving me multiple excuses. I also mentioned that it was odd to me that Staples sells technology but their computer systems are so archaic that they limit their workers, even managers ability to make good customer service decisions by being able to use their brains or courtesy skills instead of depending so much on the computer system. He said I was insulting him .... What? Then he became super sassy and defensive. I am stunned with how badly this transaction went. Their lack of customer service skills in finding a way around the problems lead to the loss of a very loyal customer. In the end, I cancelled my entire transaction ($139 in ink) and left - I will be taking my business to Best Buy (in the same plaza) from now on - they have always given me great customer service at Best Buy. I was frustrated with Staples policies, but a good manager will find ways around that to keep a customer - in the end it was terrible customer service that lost my business.

I ordered some engineering prints. I received an email on Sat. Afternoon that they were ready. When I went to pick them up Sunday afternoon they were printed as posters- i didnt want them printed as posters but needed u coated paper -which is what engineering prints are printed on. The young lady helping me was very nice but did not read the order correctly. She said I did not order the right- I should have ordered engineering prints- I said I dont did- I said check out the price - thats engineering print price. Oh- now she sees it! One was supposed to be in B/w and one in color. She reprinted them all in b/w and the black was all streaked like it was running out of ink. I brought this to her attention. already there 15 mins. - for the next 20 mins she proceeded to help everyone who came in after us. 30 mins in - still no prints. I told her I had to go- to please send the order to the tri-county store as they printed them correctly the first time. She didnt say Im sorry, kiss my foot- nothing. Very very poor customer service. No back up and one cashier line was 10 deep. This store is much closer(20 mins) from my home but I will drive further (30 mins) to get what I need from now on.

Im there all of the time! I have things printed, and their tech guy Keith is amazing! Hes always helpful, and he never seems to busy to answer all of my questions. I drive right past 2 office depots and the springdale staples to go to bridgewater falls Staples just because of their customer service. Thanks to everyone for what you do!

I used the pick up in 1 hour feature. I waited two hours to get my order. When I went to pick it up it wasnt ready. They said their scanners dont alert them when there is an order to be picked. Not my problem. Dont offer this if you cant deliver
