I went to Walmart on a Sunday morning, I was one of the first people there getting all my tires replaced. That went ok. I arrived home around noon and then came back outside at 5:30 later that evening. My front left tire had completely deflated and the rim was now sitting on the ground. I called Walmart immediately and spoke with the Tire dept. manager. There was nothing he could do, he said it was against company policy to stay open later even if I was able to get the spare on and arrive by 6. So I called back the next day and spoke with another manager. She said there was nothing they could do, they would not be able to expedite my situation and just replace the tire faster. Its always first come first serve even if the problem was their fault. They do not stand behind their work. She also told me that if they could use the same tire they would, even though my rim had been sitting on it for what could have been a few hours damaging it. I now have to drop my rim off at Walmart on my lunch hour and hope they can get it done in the 5 hours I have left at work. I also have to re-install the rim on my car myself because that would take them too much time and they couldnt guarantee they get all that done by 4pm. In summary I am extremely dissatisfied and will never take my business to Walmart again. I saw the good deal on tires and havent had problems with the Tire Center in my hometown. This location is completely incompetent and do not stand behind their work. The few dollars saved by going to Walmart is not worth the shoddy quality of their work and the headaches that come with them fixing their own mistakes. Please, do yourself a favor and avoid Walmart Tire and Lube.

Reading some of the reviews here makes me wonder if Im commenting on the same store...I have been going here off and on since 2010 - when I lived in Reading, and again when I worked for GE. I found the staff in the early morning hours to be moderately helpful, and after a few months of constant trips for random items before going to work, I guess I became a regular. I have had my car towed in for tire repairs, Ive returned multiple items from Walmart stores in other locations and have had no problems with that either. Hell, one time I thought my mother-in-law bought my son a baby sleeping outfit at Walmart, turned out that it came from Meijer, but they still refunded the tag price because the brand name matched items they sold, and I had no receipt. I would say all in all this Walmart gets an 85%. Its not perfect, but in a pinch theyve helped me. Now you want to talk about bad Walmart stores, come out to my home town of Forest Park. Thats a freakin joke right there. Never more than 3 registers opened, refuse to put in self scanning because of constant theft. I mean, theft where you take 2 1500 flat screen HD TVs and put them in a cart and just walk out the front door....loss prevention comes running, gets to the front door - watches them walk outside, and just waves it off. Now we all gotta pay $5 per pound of ground beef to cover the revenue loss. Jackasses....

I have never in my life seen a more disgraceful and disgusting store ever. My daughters and I pulled into the lot last night and it was almost pitch black. There were NUMEROUS exterior lights out and I did not feel comfortable about parking in the lot. How can you have an exterior to your store that is this unsafe and embarrassing? In addition to inadequate lighting in the parking lot, there was garbage and debris everywhere. It looked like several people had simply emptied out their cars and left their garbage all over the place. Carts were simply abandoned everywhere in the lot. I am embarrassed that this Wal-Mart is close to my neighborhood. The associates are rude and not helpful and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Wanted to check out quickly but only 2 lanes open and several people trying to check out. Had to wait over 20 minutes to check out at 11 pm at night. The person checking us out didnt smile or acknowledge us at all - just going through the motions. I will not come back to this store out of principle. Clearly, whoever is in charge does not care about the stores appearance or the quality of the associates that they bring on board. I will drive out of my way to go to the location in Mason or West Chester.

Found a mattress that had been returned to them, they placed it back on the shelf without looking at it themselves. When I got to it I realized the plastic was ripped up, so I started checking the bed since the area is known for having bedbugs. Sure as sunshine I found blood all around the edges. I told a sales representative and they said they would tell someone. Since they werent taking care of it I found a member of management who said I was lying and refused to look at first, once I had made a big deal he decided to look. On our way to the bed he explained they dont take returns so when we got there he looked at it and said it was just a bunch of dust. Feeling foolish I apologized and took a closer look since before I didnt grab the bed since I was worried about contamination, as I pulled it closer I could easily it was bedbugs do I turned to the manager and explained I dont appreciate being lied to and to remove this bed from stock. He gave me grief and said hell have it pulled, I went on with my shopping (which took a lot longer since now I was looking for bedbugs on everything) when I returned to the isle about 30 min later it was still there so I just left. If you go shopping here make sure you look for bedbugs!

So after a long day of oral surgery...i got home to find out the 15 yr old babysitter I had watch my dog needed a new airmatress ...because of said dog...so its late and the stores pretty empty...we go about to get her a cot and mattress instead of an airmatress ..so since the cot was more for only one sleeper she also purchased an airmatress for her little sister...and pillows..#####.come to find out .the cashier has never had to" STRUGGLE" and would Never Have to buy one... The look on the 15 yr old face made me think about wiring this very unsinsitive disrespectful little pile of poos jaw shut .. however bad this guys night was going...he made me HAVE TO dry the tears of a teen girls face and explain to her how some people talk like that to make there hardships easier for them....she then went on to say how he could never of known the reality of covers on hardwood...cause if he had he would be more caring about others misfortunes........this was the Wal-Mart in evendale...off of reading....oh and they double charged her for the most expensive thing she bought...fr...

This Walmart has the worst customer service I have experienced at one of their stores. Whenever it rains or snows, all of the baskets are scattered in the parking lots and customers have to bring one in if they want one. On one trip to buy a tea maker, I found a display, but no units for sale. I asked whether there might be some in back, and waited over 20 minutes while the manager in charge paged someone with no answer. I suggested he could go check, and he acted like I told him to shovel out an animal stall. No one ever checked and I went to another store. On another visit I asked about a product they did not have in stock, and was told that they not only could not ask to have it ordered, but the store had no input into what products were put in the store--only the home office could decide what they sold with no suggestions taken from the workers or customers. Unbelievable. I asked yesterday how long the current manager had been in charge, and was told he had been there since the store opened in 2007. Someone is making some bad decisions.
