I went for Brunch on Fathers Day. The place is very nice with its historical/vintage flair. The service is good, very pleasant people making their best to make you feel special. I found that it gets a bit congested when you line up for the buffet which is scattered by stations of food selections. The space is not very ample. I think it is a bit on the high price considering that they dont include a mimosa or a drink with the price, not even the plain orange juice I asked for which is in my book a traditional non-alcoholic beverage very breakfast/brunch traditional. I only tried the rib roast at the carving station which was ok for those who like their meat well done, I dont. They offer ham as well which looked good to me but I did not care for at the time. As I walked through some of the food stations the people across to me couldnt figure out what some of the food in the chafing dishes were. I cook so I thought I could tell them what everything could be but I probably had been wrong just as I told my daughter that that little cake was a potato cake and it actually was a crab cake. She hated me at the first bite. Dont get me wrong, the place seems to be good, specially when you know everything is cooked from scratch. I will be back to this cozy historical restaurant for an ordinary lunch or dinner and I am almost sure that I will be pleased.

Last two visits to the Costco in Springdale are very disappointing. Today, needing the pharmacy, I call and call but they never answer the phone nor offer a recording or other alternatives. I call the store Admin and it seems that the Pharmacy is closed because they decided to all go to lunch together. Understand it is 2:20 P.M. I do not think that "all going to lunch together" and closing the pharmacy in a retail environment is considered a "Best Practice". Previous visit I questioned a considerable price difference on the signage and the Cash Register system. The runner because involved with something else and 16 minutes he shows up to a line of rather disgruntled customers who are bottlenecked by this transaction. Turns out the signage and Cash Register system were both wrong. The employees at this store all seem rather happy. I do not think that all the customers are.

Been A Costco member for about 15 years so I guess they must be doing something right as far as Im concerned. Bought my first big screen TV from this store, a Panasonic 42" plasma that is still going strong. I do shake my head from time to time when I consider what I paid for it compared to what they cost now but that was the going rate back then If you like buying in bulk you will save a ton of money shopping at these stores. And the quality of the meats in the meat dept. is second to none. I highly recommend the rib-eyes, you dont even need teeth to eat them thats how tender they are, if you happen to be challenged in that way. Their return policies are exceptional and the staff is, as far as I can remember, always accommodating and helpful.

Today I was with my friend at Costco Springdale for the first time ,my friend has the costco membership and we always go together do our shopping not at this location but in others locations, for our surprise I was not allowed to pay with my credit card because she was the member not me ,We didnt understand the reason if we have been doing this for a long time , she was with me and NEVER had a problem before , We are for sure not going back at this location , I dont understand the difference if She pays with my credit card or hers , very disappointed .

I love Costco. They really care about customer service. Costco has great values on a wide range of items plus I get over $1000 cash back every year on the purchases we make for our household. The staff are very friendly and they will fight for you if something doesnt work just right. We had a problem with an item and the manufacturer sent us a new one once the Costco staff got involved. Costco also adds an extra warranty on some items purchased and they have a great return policy.

Ample parking and really good customer service here. We purchased gas and took a quick look through the store for snacks to eat on the road while we traveled. Friendly staff and as well-organized as any other store. There is an advantage to having membership in this nationwide chain. No problems at all in purchasing gas; there was hardly any line or wait at all.

I have gone to this Costco for years. Selection is great, prices are unbelievable, and staff is very helpful. Recently had a tire blow and Costco replaced it for no charge due to it being under warranty. Dontae and Rob were very helpful and are always honest about what needs to be done and what does not.

Costco is far superior than all those other big box stores. The customer service sets an example for all others. This model proves that if you pay well and take care of your employees they will work harder for you. Costco has a loyal customer base and I hope they continue to operate with this model.

Nice clean store with generally diverse offerings. Having said that, this isnt the biggest Costco, and the selection can be somewhat limited if you are used to the larger stores. All in all it is still the best wholesale in the area and it is worth your membership.

This Costco location is in direct competition with Sams next door. I actually find Sams a bit better in case of better product selection and prices. Costco is my go to place for organic products. Overall not bad and competition is always good.

This Costco is probably one of the smaller ones I visited, but they always give out the best samples. Every aisle is typically packed with one to two sample stations. The parking lot is also easy to navigate end not far from the highway.

Costco is probably my favorite place to shop. Generally great prices and an exceptional selection. Wonderful customer service. Love getting a slice of pizza on the way out =) I cant speak about the pharmacy as I dont use this one.

What you would expect from a well kept Costco. Everything is setup in a logical, easy to navigate way. Items are sold in bulk but make sure to check process elsewhere also. There are some really great deals but not everything is.

Usually good through the week, can get a bit busy on weekends. Minor annoyance is moving product location. Can make a quick stop for something take more time than it should or lead you to believe they stopped carrying it.

Very crowded, but the lines were moving along. Biggest complaint is the customers allowing their children to run around unsupervised! Have noticed the prices going up alot, might need to look at going back to Sams.
