Had three people try to assist with a post void. They kept calling for Brian to authorize but no response. After 15 minutes decided to shop in hopes by the time I finished my credit would be completed. Went back to "Customer Service" after shopping for 20 minutes and asked the "Sales Clerk" if they had completed my credit and her response was, "you know Brian never responded." So they called for him again and he eventually arrived as if he had not a care in the world. After typing on his computer, he shows a new sales clerk my receipt and she giggles and says "oh you have to take this to the store where the original credit was made." I knew they didnt care so I just said, "I waited 40 minutes to have some one tell me this." And instead of apologizin the Sales Clerks just says, "yes we cant do it at this store" and Brian just stood there...Neither making an apology until after I got in line, made my purchase and was leaving, Brian passed me probably on the way back to the lounge and said, "sorry about the wait man."

I havent had very good experiences with this not-so-nice Target lately... I was attempting to shop for new shoes and half of the boxes didnt have price tags on them. A Target associate was working in the shoe section so I asked her if she had a price scanner gun on her. I promise you, she didnt even look at me. She kept doing what she was doing and just shook her head. Not one word. It was ridiculous. Her name was Mary, and she obviously hates her job. Also, I went to check out and noticed that the shorts I was interested in buying didnt ring up how I thought they would and mentioned this to the cashier. She said, "Oh now I dont know how that go." What? What does that even mean? She was outwardly annoyed that I was making her look into the issue. Sometimes I wonder how people like this get a job in retail... Im pretty sure Ill be driving the extra three minutes to go to my next-closest Target from now on...

Older store in desperate need of a remodeling. This location still carries the 90s Target decor. Heavily trafficked location and I dont think the staff can keep up with the numbers coming in and out of the store. Lines tend to get long, but staff tries their best to keep patrons moving. Better than the nearby Walmart but I still cant recommend this location. The store has outgrown its floor space and the plaza dont promote a pleasant retail experience.

This target is terrible trust me I worked for them at on point the workers avoid customers the food is mostly always out of date because the employees dont check the management is horrible and most items they supposedly sell is out of stock and the cafe is also marked red by the health inspector which is why it closed down for a little while some months ago and most of the workers are ghetto and dont care about their job so they do it poorly

Called this Target inquiring about a particular item, a Frozen dress for my 2 year old daughter. The lady I spoke with basically told me they have lots of Frozen items that I just need to come look in the store. Umm...that is why I called you to inquire about a specific item and size. I dont want to make a trip to your store if you dont have what Im looking for. Thanks for being SO helpful.

Im always accosted eveytime I go there. In the parking lot it never fails, someone comes up to me and asks for money. I have complained to management. They said they are aware of the situation and are trying to handle it. 4 out of 4 times is not handling it. The last time I had my baby with me, and honestly, it scared me to a point where I do not go to this location anymore.

Small Target store with a limited supply of food (not a super Target). Store was very unkept (things were messy and not well organized) and the staff wasnt very friendly. They also closed the self checkout while there, making the lines longer, so checkout time took longer than needed. Wont return to this location.

They do like to scam you. They put those get a $5 gift card everywhere, so when u get to the register, just 1 particular item is not gonna scan, but you are going to find out about after a long line to service desk, and after another long wait until another associate checks it. Well plaid, Target, well plaid.

The ambiance here is dated. I feel like I am shopping at an old store. The selection is good. The customer service is decent. But I have to say its a better over all shopping experience here than it is at Walmart nearby.

Its definitely my least favorite target. Way small and has limited items. The layout looks like it hasnt been updated since 99. The only reason I still occasionally go is because its the closest one to my house.
