Thug & Trash. Lanes are always 35 min to over an hour long. It is a brand new store and it is as ghetto as ever since I live near it I see the trash that comes from it. Suicide murder in the parking lot 2 months ago. Fights with the police. Thugs selling drugs in parking lot. Homeless Junkies bothering you for money. City police being assaulted. Baby mamas crying about not being able to return the items they stole from the store for cash. Shelves are stocked in bulk from factory order and not Walmart standards. If you are white then do not ask for help as the associates will walk away from you. It is fast to stand in the 25 min line at costumer service to check out. City Police officers are usually off duty at every single entrance to the store and thank GOD or we would all be robbed. In all. Walmart has failed and this is the most disgusting thug trash store than is a bit over a year old that I have ever seen. Self check out is always shut down and 90 percent of the time it is for card only. Not enough lanes opens to check out because this location is a piece of trash. The Southern regional manager should be fired. The managers of this location should be fired and for God Sake! have some respect as a business and stop hiring people who just stand in isles of the store listening to vulgar music and doing nothing. I would not be surprised if this Walmart gets shut down. Complete trash and yes. It is fact if you look at the numbers that the Kroger 2 blocks away still has more business for food even tho it is across county lines and labeled as murder Kroger 2 of Atlanta over this brand new Walmart.

Came in to exchange a battery. Caahier sent me to customer service , customer service associate Derrick , refused to do my exchange. Said I have to take it back where I got it and I didnt have receipt . with Walmart policy you can exchange or return without a reciept. First Derrick said that customer service was closed . After aruging about the return policy, I still was refused a exchange . got the store manager info and left the store . Next thing I know Im loading the stuff I purchased in my car, I look up and the police is running after me telling me I stole the battery I just tried to exchange at customer service. All police officer surrounded me . I called my lawyer and police , then two asset protection people , one which was a female with short dreds then said that I stole the battery . as my gf argued that we was just at customer service and we didnt steal anything . as I was on the phone with the police , the officers and assets protection decided to leave the scene . the assest protection lady with dress was at customer service actually in front of me in line at customer service during my exchange . So how did I steal . wrongfully accused . smh then the assets protection guy wanted to offer to for Walmart now to do my exchange now that Im seeking legal attention for the situation.

Unprofessional sales associates. Lines always looks like Christmas Eve or Black Friday, even on a Tuesday evening at 4pm. Inventory seems to be poorly stocked, or opened/damaged. Again, I cant stress this enough. The lines are always extremely long and the sales associates can be seen scrambling to "close-out" their registers or whatever, because their shifts are ending. If something goes wrong with your transaction, it takes 20 minutes for a floor manager to show-up. They offer no apology and have the audacity to act bothered, that they had to come assist. I once made an site-to-store purchase, and like a dunce---selected this walmart. Why did I do that?! The customer service line was double and down the hall---with ONE associate. There was an entirely different area for site-to-store purchases, but it was vacant of course and when I asked for help---I waited close to HALF AN HOUR for NO ONE to ever come and a customer waiting in the customer service line, was gracious enough to let me skip the line. This is pathetic, it is embarrassing, its shameful and totally unacceptable---WALMART MUST DO BETTER. Stop hiring literally, ANYBODY and without training properly. I will pay the EXTRA couple cents and shop at Target, Publix or Kroger.

Shopping, minding my own business, when a young female employee seductively ran her hand across my back as she walked by. Apparently showing off to a group of hoodlum friends (employees), she looked back with a synyster and mischievous grin. This young girl could not have been more than 16 years old, which made me feel terribly uncomfortable. When I told her to never touch me or, come around me again, she did an a about face, walk up to me and stood less than a foot away and said, "I was trying to make your broke ass feel good, with yo cheap ass shoes!" OMG! What just happened? I quickly ended my browsing, walked to the front to purchase what I already had in hand, as she followed suit with several thuggish co-workers close behind, continuinig her onslaught. To my suprise, there were several adult employees that witnessed her behavior and, did nothing to make her stop. All can be captured on video 12/30/2016, around closing time (glassware aisle and point of purchase area). So tired of people like this who make it really hard for upright Black Americans like myself. So tired of carrying an unecessary burden for this part of the Black America. So tired.

This place tries. And its Walmart, so its jam packed with merchandise, I usually get out with what I need more or less...they are painfully understaffed almost always and the lines are very very long with MAYBE 3 registers open. The poor cashiers are harried - polite, but stressed, and often undertrained - and its just an exercise in serious patience every time. The ATM at customer service is ALWAYS out of service; I use Bluebird (AMEX) for banking but since the Walmart ATM is the only fee-free machine convenient to me,and never has any money, its just costly and frustrating. There is no cash back at the register w/Bluebird, I rely on taxis to shuttle me through my weekly errands and Im thoroughly fed up with not being able to meet my basic needs - to pay my cab fair, to complete my shopping in one convenient place in my neighborhood, and it would be nice if Walmart higher-ups had an idea that its a million tiny problems that make my necessary trips to their store a real pain in my neck. We really need an overhaul, Corporate, pay us a visit.
