Just like almost everyone else has said, this store has terrible customer service. I bought two cans of shaving gel displayed $1.97 among other things. They both rang up $2.49 each. I told cashier and am sent to "customer service" I explain that I was over charged so can I get a refund for the difference. It should be $1.04 (quick math in head 2.49-1.97=.52*2 =1.04. They do some zapping and give me my refund. I start to leave and wondered why they gave me all change. I look at the receipt and count the change and both are .90 cents. I think wait, where is my other .14 cents. I go back and start again and am repeatedly told it comes up to .90 cents. I do the math for them and ask them to explain it. They said they were not too sure of what my math was but the register says .90 cents. I ask them to start over. Void both items and then resell them to me. Once they did this the difference was indeed 1.04. A miracle in modern math. After 11 mins of this I finally got my change. I asked to speak to the manager and some kid appeared. I told him of my frustrations and took them to the aisle and showed him the display. I asked that he either fix the display price or the register because one of them was wrong. He said he would take care of it right away. I later called in and spoke to the store manager. She said she had heard of the issue and would take care of it. She just kept blowing me off as I explained my story. She kept saying "yeah", "uh-hum", "okay". I knew she wasnt listening. 36 hours later I returned to the store and found the display still said 1.97. I grabbed a can and went to check out and once again it rang up 2.49. So nothing had been done by either "customer service", manager on "duty", or store manager. Corporate got a call and has let me know that they will take care of it. It isnt about the money as much as the dishonesty originally and them by the manager on "duty" and store manager. Just be careful.

Your typical Target, this department store is walking distance from Georgia Tech and Midtown. I am happy to have it there and been there many times, but the store annoys me in numerous small ways: The mens shoes department is tiny and undersupplied, the mens clothes department is larger, but its assortiment is rather spotty. Although the high-level layout of the store is well organized, the devil is in the details, and items are often placed where you would not expect them; sometimes, it is because they dont actually have them (e.g., nothing against moths except for not-so-healthy dichlorobenzene mothballs). As a result, I often spend there hours. That said, staff is usually helpful, if you manage to find them. If you are thinking about getting a lunch after shopping, think again, unless you are a fan of Starbucks food or pizza. Get food at the nearby Atlantic Station instead.

Who doesn’t’ love Target, or as Oprah likes to call it “Tar-zhay”! Out of all the super stores Target is defiantly the Neiman Marcus of them all. I just recently went shopping in the store and found some amazing shoes and a clothing selection to die for. Ever since Oprah gave the trendy retailer that new name they have lived up to the hype. With designer collaborations to more trendy shoes the selections here is amazing. I love this Target because not only is the lighting great, but unlike Wal-mart you are not bombarded with products. Shelves are nicely stocked, clothing spaced out, and furniture well displayed.

It is just a Target. Why I only gave it 3 stars is that it is out of stock on beauty products alot and the beauty product shelves are a mess!! It appears as if the stock person just throws the products on the shelf without caring where they actually go. Also this Target is inconsistent with its stocking of products. One week it had a special Olay product the next month it stops stocking it and then 2 months later they have it on the shelves again. Sometimes items can be difficult to find. It took me forever to find bug spray off but the staff is always willing to help and friendly.

This Target is never stocked! I love Target but this location is by far the worst managed. If you need baby wipes, theyre out. You need cat food, theyre out. You need chocolate chips? Yep, out of those too. The area has plenty of parking and the store is nice and big. Unfortunately there is a serious lack of interest among the staff in maintaining enough inventory. This place is within walking distance and I have stopped my trip several times once I realized I couldnt get everything on the list and wound up getting in the car and going to Walmart.

Shittty service. The cashier forgot my groceries more than twice. It was really frustrated when you got home and found out couple of groceries were missing and you need to go back to the store with your receipt to ask for that. When we asked the cashier really politely how are you, she only answered uh. What kind of service like that. If you dont want to work, go back home and do whatever you want. So tired to go back and ask for my MISSING Groceries. If I can give them 0 star, I will do it, even its negative.

This isn’t the most popular Target in Atlanta but it is kept well and I haven’t had any issues. It is much preferred to the Wal-Mart a couple miles away which is always a complete disaster. Big bonus here is that during the holidays it doesn’t get packed out so I sent people here for last minute shopping. Parkings is plentiful and convenient as the store is built one level above and really helps when the weather isn’t cooperating.

Great service! Especially Adonis (sp?) and his crew, along with Miss Kim and others. I go so often I always feel welcomed and well served! Staff is always asking, "Can I help you with anything?" Also, I wish I remembered the young ladys name who was working at the Starbucks because she was the only one behind the counter, with a line, yet I took note that she was very patient and polite with everyone.

I will never consider working there again, they care nothing about their employees, rude, disrespectful people who are just in it for the money. What ever happened to equality, and never stepping on the man blow you? Everybody so self center now and days that they cant even admit to their own wrongs. I am utterly disgusted with this place and the many places who monopolize on the lower working class.

Came early in the morning to get an NES Classic only to be turned away because of people using an app to find where they are before anyone else. Somehow that was fair and when others tried to get them before they did they let their "I got here first with the app" was fair but not us who came in early to get it too. I ended up getting a Funko Pop but this will ne my last time coming to this target
